Do not even think of applying. If you value your sanity, turn around and find a better dental clinic that will actually treat you like a human being. Do not waste your time or a single ounce of your energy for this company. They will use and abuse you, and they will trade you in for another employee without giving it a second thought. Since I've started working, there has been a revolving door of staff on both the admin side and clinical team because of poor management.

Management is very unprofessional, unorganized, and lacked any knowledge of the dental field. They would display toxic traits, including but not limited to: ignoring staff concerns, constantly displaying favouritism within employees, failing to pay on time, missing hours, and having little to no time to take any form of break. The work dynamic here seems to be that a minute spent not working is a minute wasted and therefore automatically makes you a lazy and incompetent staff member.

Management also fails to hold themselves accountable for their actions and instead shift the blame towards the other members of the team. There is no support from management with the constant criticism especially towards newer members of the team, while failing to provide room for growth and further understanding of the working environment and protocols at this clinic.

Overall, it's obvious to everyone that there needs to be a change to the current management running this dental clinic. 

On a lighter note, most of your fellow colleagues are amazing to work with (if they are kept long enough). But it isn't worth working here for that reason alone, as there are so many negative points to this one positive note.

The hours are really long but I didn’t mind because there was always opportunity to pick up shifts. The manager and owner are both really nice people, they always give instructions and I’ve never had an owner or manager answer the phone or sweep the office. They’re not above any tasks. The hygienists are the light of the office and the assistants are so kind too. My only feedback would be that it would have been nicer to not have to take an hour break; because it cuts into my pay cheque and that the manager expects a lot of calls be made per day when nobody answers the phone anyways. She’s nice but that’s not a super fun part of the job. 

If you ever think about working here, please keep in mind that your mental health will decline with it.
I genuinely wanted to love this job and respected each and every person here. However, only some are nice and actually supportive. Whereas most of the team members favourite others and use it to influence their words towards management. Who takes their word into consideration without actually being present in the office themselves. Extremely unprofessional management team who are in fact racist with more than half of their employees. They do not care about their employees at all whatsoever.

Miserable corporation dental office that is run onlime from the CEO amd his mamagers homes.Management is never present at the office.
No training,they jist promote the money culture,they want you to book patients and empty their insurance.
Very poor in office communication, terrible team members that changes daily. 
They have all yonge employees ,staff amd Doctors, all with minimal experience with Zero leadership !
Run away and don't waste your time here.

Working at studio dental has been an absolute pleasure. The teamwork and support among staff are unparalleled. Management prioritizes employee well-being and professional growth, offering flexible schedules and continuing education. The clinic's state-of-the-art facilities enable us to deliver top-notch care efficiently. Most rewarding is the positive impact we have on patients' lives. I highly recommend  for anyone seeking a fulfilling career in dentistry.

Absolutely disorganized. No sense of connection or communication between staff. Staff is young, inexperienced, and very new to the dental industry; they have minimal support from higher up and seem unmotivated to do more than bare minimum. It's like the blind leading the blind. Shady practices for fee splits and payments to dentists.  Unreasonable hours with inconsistent booking. Honestly a miserable place.

If I could give a negative rating, I would. Hours missing from paychecks, lack of appreciation from the upper management, long working hours and constant burnout.
Horrible management only wants to make money and doesn't care about their staff or patients. 
Some colleagues were good and friendly and that was the only good thing.

At the beginning I saw red flags everywhere. No accountability, no protocols. It's really sad how unorganized management is because the staff is amazing. I would work with the same people anywhere else but here. Beware, they get rid of you before your probation to hire someone cheaper and they do it via email night before your shift. Very cold! 

Good place to work at with friendly staff and management...you are expected to work hard as I should given that I am being paid to do a job.  The hours can be long yes but there are multiple shifts so there's always a way to change.  Overall, I would recommend working here.

If you want job security and dental work that is good quality do not work here or get work done. Management is disorganized and very rude to their staff. The turnover is also very high so I would not recommend working here.

Get a job literally anywhere else.
