Sturgeon Community Hospital

The sturgeon hospital is a smaller hospital which is something I enjoy about working here. Lots of changes within management and I usually feel like another number. It’s mostly shift work. There isn’t many units that offer a better work life balance if that’s what you’re looking for. A lot of the doctors here are not very nice. They do not great the staff well at all. But maybe on different units they’re better. There is a wait for park staffing but once you get parking it’s great. 

I like this job I only work causal wish I coud have benefits. The salary is great, plus good when working over time or holidays. I watch patients after they have surgery. Management if fare and easy to talk with. The only hard part my be comunitcation with patients. But I love the fact I can help people. Great place to work once you get your foot in the door and great co - workers.

Wonderful place to work. Numerous health care providers employed at the hospital are willing to donate their time and energy to helping you learn and develop you skills

Good place to work as most everyone is friendly and helpful.  Can be busy and overwhelming but usually there is someone to back you up and help you.  A nice first place to work.  It isn't as big as other city hospitals but still has all the amenities to learn.

The staff all work together and treated each other with respect which is a rare thing to find. Fast paced working environment. 8 Hour shifts for more of a work and life balance.

I enjoyed working in all the company I work for. We worked together as a team. Even at times that workplace was busy but at the end of the day , we are satisfied.

Working here is very fulfilling and the culture of family kind of teamwork is amazing.  Staff nurses have their way of coping and having fun while working in a stressful environment.

Working in Hospital is highly fast-paced and could be very stressful.
The Staff at Sturgeon is always willing to lend a hand with co-workers who are struggling and needs help.

very bad hospital.  Many people get an infection and the reason behind this there are a few people who not follow the rules and make the theater room just a dirty place to work in.

The physio team at sturgeon hospital was helpful and fun to work with. The weekend days were a little overbooked as only 2 therapists were covering the hospital.
