I worked there for just under three months as an abatement tech and ran into headache after headache dealing with project managers who seemed to have little to no knowledge of construction or restoration work. After my first few weeks I was leading jobs on my own and that's where the real nightmares began. Dealing with management there was like talking to a wall. I'd have to go into places and contents would seldom be removed, tools and equipment that seldom worked, NOPs or work procedures were always off so the hugenists that you would personally had to schedule (wasn't even given a work phone, although the labourer I was assigned that was on heavy antipsychotic drugs had one for lord knows what reason) well, they weren't ever really that happy. For the first two months I had no idea who was in charge for when I did run into these problems. Everyone there hated their job. I've yet to see that kind of morale in a work place. You would be told Friday afternoons that you'd be working the entire weekend... I'm sure I'm still leaving some things out.

We work in customer service, which is not so easy to achieve in this world right now. Some days are a little tough but that is our industry. I feel part of a team and my co-workers are the best. They know how to work hard and how to have a laugh when it is needed. My co-workers are very compassionate about their jobs and clients. I feel they go above and beyond and do get recognized for their achievements. In my 16 years of restoration, I feel Stutters provides the best opportunity for advancement in career paths. Where other companies I have been apart of, think you do well at your position and never provide advancement to achieve higher goals. 

What is the best part of working at the company?
The team spirit is great when upper management is away

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Extremely low pay. It’s hard to survive working for Stutters, they demand a lot but pay nothing

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
We find solace in listening to each other’s complaints about how horrible the company really is. It’s like working for monsters who only want to create misery

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Go 100 miles per hour and never get anywhere. They are a cash flow company pretending to be a quality group of restorers. They just care about getting paid from the insurance company but quality workmanship does not matter

This company values their employees. Hard work pays off. We have had ups and downs, as do all companies. But here we are a team, and every one of us is important to the team. There will always be people that complain and say not a great place.... but they probably say that about their last job, and their next job. Its work, and its what YOU make of it. I choose everyday to get up and be a positive part of my positive team. And my company values me for that. Great place to work. #teamwork

What is the best part of working at the company?
The coffee, so many selections to choose from.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The most stressful was when you don’t know if the upper management is please or not pleased. Zero communication 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The front of office was like a viper put, the back was great!

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Daily duties, learning to extract more profit from every job, sleep, repeat!

Interview was at the Office but outside in the Compound. Found the Manager to be a nice gentleman who was easy to talk with. 
The staff all slag-talk other workers, the Management & how bad of a Company it is to work for. Nobody there likes the field of work that they do & are all "Time Stealers". 
Less than one week until 3 month probationary period & informed of Employment Termination due to cutbacks & lack of work but then Noticed to Employees sent out stating new Employment of Project Managers.

Something is not in order with their business practices

Dealing with management  and serving leadership that is not integral

What you see is not what you get

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Disrupted and steeped in confusion

Helping people in their time of need, whether it be a flood, fire, sewer back up, or something as simple as providing them with great customer service is rewarding in itself.  I feel good about helping others in their time of need, and Stutters helps me achieve these goals.  My office environment is positive and has a family feel to it.  Blessed to have that everyday.

A typical day at work?
Lots of driving, meeting with people, dealing with adjusters
Most enjoyable part?
Seeing the smile on peoples faces when job completes.
Workplace culture?
Most days are happy and fun, We all get stressed out sometimes, but its not a big deal.
Hardest part of the job?
Dealing with insurance can be frustrating sometimes, And the rumor mill can get a little annoying at times.

I find the workplace culture to be fast-paced but welcoming and inclusive. Every day is different and I enjoy the diversity of tasks. Management is supportive and encouraging. By far I would say the most enjoyable part of the job is the people you work with.  Also big on growth within the company and there are a lot of opportunities to advance your career.
