Keeping the job safe clean and tidy at all times, also starting at a point where we are set up on a very difficult jobs that require taping drywall repairs cracks plaster repairs and finishing the painting while keeping the job site dust free and doing our work with pride efficiency cleanliness, have having perfect straight edges and lines on the tops and sides of the trim, leaving a smooth finish and sanding in between coats and again just keeping a nice clean working environment as we leave at the end of the day

Right when you arrive at the job site you are given the tasks that are needed to be done first, and you get to work. No breaks until lunch and you learn an amazing amount of stuff in just one day at the job.Everyone usually is doing their own thing,two people might be doing the same task. All really depends on what it is you are doing at the time.Trades can be a very good option for some people, like anything it takes time to gain knowledge but if you learn quick and you are willing to work long hard hours you can benefit greatly from it.

Installing drywall allowed me to use my hands on and quick decision making skills effectively. Required good math and communication skills. What I enjoyed about this job was the flexibility of my schedule. For example if I had to miss a day for a swim competition. One if the things I didn't like was the uncertainty of work. Some weeks we would work every day, but other weeks we only work one or two days.

there are usually two people per job which makes the work fun. I have learned to be a team player because the work can be physically demanding and since part of the job is to check each other's work it raises the overall standard of our work

company's never take a chance on others who don't have experience and  they will never get any experience until l someone gives them a chance to prove themselves

working in an independent automotive service place is good for you get to work in a wide variety of car brand and you get hands on experience. Learning more by working with side by side with the license mechanic.

Working as a sub-contractor and working for yourself is a great choice, its too bad the rates have dropped in the last couple years, it's also too bad that more companies don't use DSP for their sites for both short and long term work.

If you take pride in your work and love the flexibility of setting your own directive, it's the perfect setup

I worked for myself it is tough but not the life for me be careful with your money and how you spend it. job security can be spotty and people will rip you off. thats why deposits are helpful

well we worked our own hours just had deadlines and good intense physical work payed when we finished job able to make sure we have the good tools so we don't have malfunctions.
