Working at Sudbury Hyundai has been amazing. Coming from a different dealership in town and doing a completely different position, I wasn't sure what to expect. (I was nervous, scared, all of it) However, the staff and Management team here are the best I have ever worked with/for. They are here to help you in any situation whether it be work related or not. You don't feel like just another 'number' to them as I did before. I have met some pretty incredible ppl and I can honestly say these friendships will last a life time. 
If you have the opportunity to work here, DO IT! You will NOT be disappointed. I can say that I am a "lifer" 

What is the best part of working at the company?
 Best place. You want a place that’ll take you in as family, a team that will give you that disappointment look when you screw up, that will take you by the hand when you need it. Make you feel amazing when you did well. I miss it everyday. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Being the best. Most stressful but most satisfying.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
 All around a culture of learning and striving to be the best you can be.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fast place. Get her done but get her done right. If you need help. Ask.

I’ve worked two different roles at Sudbury Hyundai being Sales and Service, therefore had two different managers to report to. I can confidently say that in both departments I was treated with respect, trust, and treated like a human rather than just another employee.

If you make a mistake(like any job) you will be “disciplined” but, will be taught how to not make these mistakes in the future rather than just being told to figure it out. 

Sudbury Hyundai is a great place to work! Put the effort in, absorb information and you will succeed! 

I worked for Hyundai before, and I had left to work else where. Once I was in another work environment, I realized how welcoming Hyundai is and how it is a family oriented work place compared to other places. I had returned a year later when there was a job opening! The Management has been nothing but great and respectful to me! This is a place where I enjoy coming to work each morning! 

The team at Sudbury Hyundai are fantastic to work with. You will be rewarded for working hard and can always count on help from your team. Management is very helpful and understanding, if you make a mistake, you're guided on how to fix it and what you did. As long as you can get along with others and are willing to work, you'll love the environment at Sudbury Hyundai.

I have worked in a retail environment my whole adult life and I have to say the staff at Sudbury Hyundai is very professional and at the same time knows how to have fun. 
The Management team knows how to direct the sales staff to perform in a manner that respects the clients time and needs.

Shop is busy, everyone gets along with each other. Management actually understands whats going on and helps when you need it. Only times I saw someone get fired is because they did something dangerous, didn't want to learn or weren't a team player. Would still be working there if I didn't have to move from Sudbury.

Great for something short term. Seems to be a new employee every few weeks. Cannot retain employees as they expect maximum effort for minimum wage. Workload is different for every department, wages do not match work amount in any fashion. Coworkers are shady and you cannot trust anyone

If you like being lied right to your face and fired for no reason sudbury Hyundai is your place of work. Management only cares about money and they will find some excuse to fire you if you don't fit in with their click. 10 outta 10 would recommend this place to fall into a hole

Been here 17 years, and it is an incredible place to work.  Polices and Procedures are in place to cover any situation. The management team
listens to staff issues and suggestions.   I`ll probably stay here until retirement.
