The Company gives you the oppertunity to advance.  you work hard and it will pay off.

The pace.. can be really busy at times, but that makes the day go by quick

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
it up to you to create the enviroment, if you are willing to give 100% the company supports 100%, if you a looking just to puch time and collect a check then it wont be enjoyable

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
very busy, a lot of things happenoing at once.. need to be able to multitask, if not can get stressfull

There were good co workers

Upper management doesn’t take responsibility for their actions. 
Backstabbing, and gossipy

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is a toxic environment. Upper Management can do whatever they want and the GM is just a figurehead with no power

Early start, either really busy or completely dead. 
Not enough staff so many people wear many hats for no compensation.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Nothing they treat their employees like a number, promise everything but don’t follow through management sucks

The un-obtainable bonuses and lies told by management they want you to have all the up to date training but won’t pay for it

Very stressful and dramatic they say what they can to make you happy but don’t follow through

Stressful and dis organized underpaid

My job at Summit is the first job I've had in the automotive industry and the people I work with have definitely made the transition from a retail place to somewhere dealing with vehicles very smooth. The managers I have and work with day to day are super nice and super approachable and have helped to make sure I know what I need to. I also really enjoy that not only does Summit treat it's staff well they help the community through fundraisers and events. This is the first job I've had in my adult life that I've enjoyed coming to and it is one of the most fun work environments I've ever  been a part of.

Always a busy morning I learn a lot when it comes to vehicles, the variety of unit we get everyday different brands and makes, improve my knowledge about vehicles. Good management, Good work culture. Dealing with multiple customer at the same time could be a little better challenging, Most enjoyable part of my job is talking to customers seeing their excitement because of the vehicle they’re purchased when it comes to delivery time.

Had very little training for the role I was hired for. Most of the staff were amazing people and very willing and eager to work with someone such as myself who possessed the ability and desire to want to assist anyone and everyone that I could, however, there were a select few who seemed very uncomfortable with my ability and I believe found me to be a threat rather than an asset.

We worked as a family unit .  Opening work orders, answering phones, setting up appointments, ordering tires.  My customers made each and everyday worth getting up and going to work with a smile on my face.  I tried to make everyone feel like they were the most important person who came in the front door.

Overall the work it’s self wasn’t bad, I enjoyed it. The people however were awful, the work environment was very catty and unwelcoming, management never made an effort to know their employees and chose favourites very easy. They are very quick to treat you poorly if you’re not deemed likeable enough

Dept manager is great. Always has your back. Staff are friendly. 
The departments aren't always cohesive. But a pretty pleasant place to work                  
A little lacking in training. But always available to help & answer questions. 
Dress code isn't too strict. Allow personal touches to your space .





Great bunch of people work there. Very friendly atmosphere, everyone seems to get along. General Manager has a great attitude and if you have an issue that you think isn't being resolved he will always listen and work to an agreeable ending. Nice perk is getting parts for 5% over cost.
