Work hours are long sometimes as everyone is expected to help and do their part but makes it a fun and inclusive environment if this understanding is embraced. 

Family owned and run and has that warm inclusive feeling from that. 

You get what you give -- lots of people looking for a free ride pass through the company but those who give a little get a lot.

Industry is weather dependent which isn't always predictable. 

Management team is young and sometimes that is evident however has improved and advanced significantly in the last year. 

Additional training opportunities throughout the organization and are strongly encouraged.

Interesting place to work, great people to work with and work can be a joy some of the time, however management doesn’t really care about it’s employees, they turnover dozens of guys a year, sometimes for saying the wrong thing or being “insubordinate” in their eyes. Don’t expect much in return for the work you put in some guys will ask for time for something personal to deal with and will eventually be given a little bit of time weeks to months later, if you need a mental health day, good luck, you may get in trouble for missing work and no concern for you only the work you’re missing. No loyalty at this company no matter what you put in. 

There are some good people here, lots of turnover due to the type of work preformed. Prepare to get your hands dirty and see the worst side of calgary housing and homeless. Somedays you might be paid to drive around and take pictures of sites and do next to no work, other days you're picking up heroin needles and scooping garbage into an overflowing bin. Management is quite understanding and nice in my experience. 

Family oriented business with a young work force and friendly work culture. Undergoing some growing pains while striving to institute more formal policies and procedures.  Could improve supervision to weed out weaker staff.  Pay is above average compared to others in the industry, including overtime upon approval. Mostly manual labour so work can be tough but it has its rewards.  Good place to work if you're willing to put in the effort.

This is a great honest company to work for - you can see the efforts and changes in management that have occurred over the years to work towards bettering company culture and structure. Diverse work allowing for year round work and tons of hours even throughout the winters. 

stupid management that does not appreciate your work, you can work like crazy, or constantly shirk work and receive the same pay. Managers can reduce the work week to 25-30 hours, although when you were hired by the company, they promised frequent overtime, which in fact turned out to be a lie

Don't do it. What an awful experience. Nepotism is the only way to Gain any form of jobstability or reasonable pay. The equipment provided is of is a very poor quality and very poorly maintained..

This place is great to learn at people always willing to help you out and be sure you're doing things the way they need to be done upto code and safety standards.
