Since being employed management has changed and I believe this is a great thing for them. Previous management was my primary reason for leaving. 
The atmosphere was always great. Team building was important to them which created a strong sense of belonging. They care about their employees and put them through paid training. I was lucky the time I got hired there was a new line up released for 2020 and it was such an outstanding experience. All the staff care about their role within the company and are treated with respect. 

Most coworkers are easy to get along with, and many people form genuine friendships at work. While there can occasionally be some drama or tension, especially with a few senior employees who seem to have more influence over management, the overall environment is generally positive. Management shows a real effort to support employees and is flexible when it comes to things like family emergencies or personal stress, which helps create a more comfortable workplace.

They treat you great and try to have a lot of fun with everyone that is employed there, however if you aren't part of the sales staff you go a bit unnoticed. Not to say that's bad because by that time you should have earned their trus.

Great environment to work in with great people. They strive on customer service and making the experience of buying a vehicle easy. They have revolutionized the car industry by using the social media platform as a marketing tool.

Great people from top to bottom. I was allowed the freedom to create marketing strategies that, not only increased business, but, allowed us to give back to the community.

Employees despite being there for a specific job will help one another when there is work that needs to be done and those who are new will be able to jump in and be guided well in what needs to be done

-Unstable income( It is not good for my family's finance.)

during all seasons , you have expect your car to be dealt with in a productive and professional manner. technicians are very helpful, service advisers are organized and well managed.

I'm a very quick learner, i love to help get all given task finished with the best of my abilities; customers should always feel welcomed and greeted with a smile.

Was an ok dealership to work for , salary was average for the business , pretty relaxed atmosphere most of the time  like most dealerships open to long on Saturdays
