A job that keeps you active and sharp. You need to be quick, and learn quick to advance here. If you’re a fast learner and a hard worker, you will get a raise/promotion fairly quickly. I’ve worked here for a year and a bit and I’m already a level three operator. My pay was increased by four dollars across the year. They have nice bonuses and free catering events about three or four times a year. Free pizza, free subs, and even a food truck. You also get to take home brownies, muffins, cookies, cookie dough, and dough balls when they have extras. The only issue I have with this place is never getting a full 40 hours a week unless it’s busy busy busy. Fridays are time and a half regardless of hours worked, and the benefits are pretty good as well after one year. You get bonuses around Christmas, and also referral bonuses. P.s, Blake is awesome.

-job is manageable although you have to do hands-on hard work especially if lack of manpower
-I've learned diversity of cultures, learned driving a scissor lift
- enjoyable part is when I learned to drive a scissor lift, I'm very thankful with my boss for teaching me this...

-Decide to find some job close to where I leave and try to get a job in the field of Quality assurance....

I learned to work fast but perfect at the same time, thay way we can get the orders on time and make a costumer happy. I dont know if I had a hardest part, I always have fun decorating, maybe the hard part is when job is getting slow and some people have to leave, is always sad saying bye a co-worker. I always enjoy creating cakes and new stuff for customers, and one of the best part is have a comunication with the customer to create a cake, when they say whay they want, specially with a wedding cake.

A day at Sunrise is always a physical job. Usually an 8 hour day job on your feet for most of the day. Two breaks. 
Fast paste, able to be flexible. Work as a team player and an individual at times. Co-workers friendly and great as part of the team. 
Learning new skills on different production lines is always received with an open mind. Sometimes hard to have that physical energy all day long. But I'm a team player and hard worker.

Very busy when it's busy, and no shifts when it's not.
Management is great with the job, bad with people skills; which makes interactions awkward.  

Workplace culture is full of distrust and bias against the sanitation workers, since they spend most of their time working on places that can't directly be observed. 

Overtime and extra work days during peak seasons. Cleaning up is a struggle.

Got some good managers but the production supervisor is rude, Will talk to you like you are garbage. 
You have opportunities to grow here so thats a bonus, good benefits, Its a very clean environment which is good overall not a bad place to work if you like to work 10 hour days. 
Very nice people here too! 

A fun interactive workplace and environment. Staff are really friendly and easy to approach; will offer any assistance when you need help. Some of the job tasks require heavy lifting, but are easy to complete.Most of the tasks are repetitive..

I was work with a nice team , I was work hard help customer and answer phone take cakes order also put the goods on the shelves ,cooler also I was answer all questions about all the prices.I do cleaning all the cooler on the morning and clean store at the night before closing.

Provide an atmosphere of open and friendly behaviour- no anti social behaviour accepted.
Slow to change with the times and often have last minute schedule changes that force flexibility on staff.
Owners are caring and full of good intentions.

I had the chance to learn about Cake decorating. Other knowledge of how a bakery works without benefits though. I was the manager at the time and organized the employees to be able to complete all their duties by the end of work day.
