They have great training programs to learn different areas

Very fast pace when working on the packaging line .

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Was responsible for cleaning the whole Bakery,
Drove a floor cleaner machine 
Was training as a supervisor

Doing all the accounts receivibales and accounts payable, bank reconciliation, postings to GL, Doing adjusting entries, doing spreadsheets (Excel) and other jobs that may be assigned by direct supervisor and other officers

I worked monday to friday.
I learned how pick up goods from conveyors and pack finished goods.
It depends on their attitude how they handle their people.
Most of my co-workers like me the way I do my job.
The hardest part when I do training.
When I know how to do the job in good way and easy way.

Had to wake up at 4 a.m. so can start shift at 5:30.Four days a week working 9 to 10 hours a day. If hours stay no more than 40 hours a week there is no overtime
Sometimes had to work for more than 4 hours between breacks.Noisy,dirty and hot environment.

This company most of the time laid off workers at anytime not a good idea for a long term and stable job.have a poor management due to they dont care to lay off you at anytime since you will got hired

Good pay but you really need to work hard there's no seniority when they want to train people. Have to work 9 to 10 hours a day depends on  their target quota.


I have worked in the maintenance department and I can assure to you that … do not trust those people, do not trust the head of the department. Very stressful, very unfair paid and very unprofessional 

Physically and mentally draining. Managers don’t care what you feel, they just want to meet day quotas. Breaks are also inhumane.                       

it was fun working here but the pace can be too fast. their can be too many managers with different opinons. sometimes you dont know what the right course of action to take is
