The employees are some of the nicest people i have ever met, but the management is absolutely awful, nothing is ever good enough, expect to be reamed out every morning about something. Expect to be lectured about safety but constantly told to go work in unsafe conditions. There is absolutely no direction. The people you work with is the best part of this job, but everything else about it is absolutely miserable. The foreman is very degrading and has an anger issue. Also, god forbid you go through there PPE at an alarming rate cause of the work you put in, you will just be criticized. I DO NOT recommend working for this place. i have never seen a higher turn over rate.

The workers were awesome to work every day we inspected equitment for damages and lubed and greased our piece of equipment for the day.Management on site were like army corporals very strict wich made it really hard to work for people like that

Employees are Great,one foreman is a good guy,the other  is a safety freak and doesn't know his head from his.... he will write you up for anything, he belongs in a safety position and not a foreman spot. Tries to tell you how to do your job when he doesn't even know how to operate. Both shifts has snakes that can't be trusted.

This job if for people with a good people skill and know what are they doing ! The Management are doign there job and safety is a must there ! If u like having fun work hard and be recognized for it this is the place to be and with a 7 on 7 off u cannot go wrong ! Lots for avancement and to learn !

Managers were generally nice and the hours were good. I got home at a reasonable time of the day to enjoy the summer evening. 

There is still some changes that need to be done with equipment and clean-up to make work easier but the great crew made up for that.

I worked as labourer at sunset and quit because the foreman and boss is one of the rudest men I’ve ever met. The whole management team is a failure over all. There Is 0 safety there. Climbing in and out of machines you should not be in. Do NOT recommend to anyone unless your willing to get treated like garbage.

Nothing like being told to do something by someone and then someonelse tells you something different. Yard supervisors yelled every morning, and gave us trouble for thing that are put of our control and refused to do anything about till right before I left to help us out a little more.

Useless employees ya work with dont have a clue how too run equipment properly poor management and one of the foremens is a complete clown and will belittle the employees and the equipment gets run into the ground and when it breaks thats when they maybe fix it 

It’s better to go on social service , then working for them . They really know how to make money out of employees with less wages . Never happy the amount of hard work staff do there . You will be just a number

This job helped me stay on my feet after the 2016 wild fires was 18 just lost my family home, paying high rent.  this job payed very well and i worked with a really great team on the sync rude site
