What is the best part of working at the company?
I worked as a trimmer and I love doing it.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
For me doing the live weights because it deals with the computer and I have a little knowledge on operating the computer.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
I.like working with my co workers mostly filipinos. Filipinos are hard working people and helpful.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Tiring because of the nature of work itself, move very fast. But I was happy because the work environment was enjoyable. I love working with the filipinos.

This was a horrendous place to work. Management had favorites. The union had its favorites, if you were a supervisor you couldn't breath right. I got threatened at this job. Told to "watch my back" by the head union rep. I was doing nothing wrong, except my job. Supervisors had 13 14 hour days on a very meager salary. The owner of the business is a liar, in an interview by a newspaper he said that everybody  was making 25$ an hour. Which was very wrong. The top wage was only 21.50. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS.

Sunterra is a great company great people welcome you with open arms help you understand what you are doing no matter what the task was great company overall when there was mistakes made there was always someone there to help walk through what you did wrong how you did it wrong and how the situation could be fixed the people there are very dedicated hard workers they give you motivation to do better and to work harder s that you can get the job done quicker and more efficient

The managers  like to rule employees hit fear, Supervisor have prefences, Managers have preferences, not good training or direction to prevent accidents or injuries, not friendly environment, everything start whit  por managers and supervision. If you ok whit managers make you feel like they own you this is the best company for work. If supervisor like you thats when you can get promoted or a rise salary 

Dictator Management in all levels,  that is the principal reason union  step forward,laws 
braker, stress work  environment, rude treatment, everything there start whit por Management from top - down level, safely is a joke,basics benefit

Worst Job I've ever had. Terrible experience from start to end and I worked thier for three years. I would not recommend working here at all, theirs a very good reason they cant keep workers. On top of all that thier uninised and the management team is such a joke! That's why the union stepped in over three years ago. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

The co workers and management  were awesome to work with,helpfull and informative lots of socializing within each barn ie potluck lunches , BBQ   if it weren't for covid I would still like to be there miss my coworkers 

Hard on your body, able to get along with different cultural backgrounds. A fun company to work for, however sometimes more can be asked from you above and beyond your responsibility.

Working in Sunterra is great.
The management and employees have harmonious relationship in each other that makes it a perfect working environment.
