Very nice place to work, with a nice co- workers,. A normal day at work, always busy i start very arly in the morning at 6:00 am and normal finish at 3 :00 pm  or more.Just depend of the schedule of my week 38 hure per week and sometime over time ,i learnd a lot special work ,responsability and puntuality expecial when you work with meat you have to pay atention because you work with dangers tools sauchas  nife and saw very sharps and i have to be productive all day  .i have 2 brakes of 15 minute and 1 houre lunch time i love to improve my self to diferent  tipe of job im very fast lerned .i know how to work in team my very hardest part of work was learnd french but i did  my best and the most enjoyable par was that all my co-workes help me out .im looking for new hoportunity improve my self every day is my gold,and looking for a new carrear .

3.  Management: You should always remember to calm the tension between your clients and your employees it helps to maintain a positive environment 
4.work place management:make sure you a happy team cause employees are sad they won’t give the maximum of potential 
5. The hardest part of the job : is handling a client who didn’t like the service and an employee who got humiliated 
6 : the most enjoyable part of the job : you meet new people especially colleagues who wants to help you and as when you work as team everything is good , also see the company reach its financial goals make me happy .

Good and fun place to meet people and get a shedule, but otherwise nothing special.
Pros: Really easy and beginner friendly (depend how fast your learn).
Cons: Growth opportunity is bad and good employees aren't recognized.

Decent place if you want to get a simple and easy time, but if you are ambitious want more or build your career i really recommend staying away from going there, managers and others high staffed are bad and not professional make mistakes literally all the time and make you wonder how they got there in the first place.

Salary is minimum wage and Promotion salary is really not good either.

My main issue with the place is upper management constantly cutting hours so they can give themselves big bonuses at the end of the year, leaving us often understaffed and overworked, and a director that won't really stand up to them. Right now our meat department is cutting and packaging meat for three other stores. This "project" was conveniently started very soon after the union terms were renegotiated, so employees will have to wait several months before they can ask for a raise in salary for all the extra work they are suddenly doing. The only reason I've stayed this long is because my department manager tries really hard to accommodate his employees and tries his best not to overwork us and get more hours.

Its ok but the workers don’t respect you as you should be treated and they will do as they please with no regards to your rights

Working at a store can be a valuable experience, especially for developing customer service skills and learning how to handle different types of people. It teaches responsibility, time management, and teamwork. While the job can be physically demanding and sometimes stressful—especially during busy hours or dealing with difficult customers—it’s rewarding to see how your work directly contributes to the success of the business. The environment can vary depending on management, but a supportive team can make all the difference. Overall, it’s a solid job for gaining real-world experience and building a strong work ethic.

Management and most employees were nice and fun to work with, but the workload was extremely big for the small amount of staff present and the salary at the time. The integration of employees from minority groups was also very difficult due to certain employees making the workplace culture feel unsafe (including outside of work) to those members of minority groups.

Overall the job was good. The people i worked with and for were very nice, i have nothing but good things to say about them. The job pays, as expected, minimum salary. There are no added benefits to being an employee at Super C. Depending on what i was doing, my typical day of work included helping clients find what they need, stack shelves and process them at the cash register. The most enjoyable part of the job was easily the job culture, since everybody there became my friends.

Working at super c is a tremendous experience for me.
the following job has tought me alot about well treating the clients.
I have learned how to well communicate, be more patient and polite with them no matter the circumstances. The most difficult about the job was trying to push my self to convince the clients about the prices being reasonable. But yet I achieved this skill in a less time because talking and convincing clients was an amusing activity.
