I worked for this company for 2 years, under contract in a long term care facility, one of the new managers was abusing his power and harassing the women in the facility, cleaning staff, PSWs and nursing staff were assaulted I reported this to head office and nothing was done about it. After two weeks of waiting for them to get back to me, all the while his behaviour was getting worse. I had to go and report it the long term care facility before any investigation was started. 19 women came forward some as young as 16 years old to report against him. Superior facility services moved the manager to another facility. I was appalled that the company was so slow to act on allegations of harassment and assault.

Worst experience I've ever had at working at this facility and Orangeville the new management that they had brought in was the worst management I have ever dealt with in all my career time I would strongly recommend anyone that is applying for this reconsider? The manager that runs the kitchen is the worst I've ever dealt with is never there for their employees will not deal with employees problems has upper management dealing with it sending email saying that not to contact management on anything concerning any problems worst and work environment ever good luck

Very positive environment overall and allows one to take pride in their role. Their response to the Covid pandemic was very well laid out and Head office direction and support for the changing conditions in Residences has been second to none. 

I had only started the training and already I noticed a clique between certain employees and the management team. The job was in a long term care home and the employee training me was saying rude and inappropriate comments about the residents of the home. My "trainer" kept leaving me to go chat with management or other employees, to continue the job on my own on my second day. I had questions and couldn't find anyone anywhere to answer them. Definitely not a place I want to work.

The people on the housekeeping team are nice and the residents are very sweet.  I was trained in housekeeping and laundry. The home did a lot of fun things that the staff were welcome to participate in.  The pay could be better, but I did go up while I was there twice.  I left my job to go to university and would work for Superior again in the future. 

When I first stared the job, New manager took over and She was so rude and will yell at you for everything and anything. Two months from working there I got injured and broke 2 fingers, I was in a cast and had 2 major surgeries but still came to work and worked over time to cover shifts even though I wasn't aloud, after being there for 5 months they let go of me because of workers comp.

Manager sucks. Everyone outside of the kitchen is great. Don't recommend working in the kitchen unless you want to be bullied. 
Residents are lovely. Manager makes job very frustrating and stressful makes you feel unsafe. Don't recommend for students. No raises given out. No benefits. Can't get full time hours. Toxic environment in the kitchen. Not worth it. 

This company keeps the bullies and trouble makers . Cause there afraid of the union lol. They believe lies and punish the best workers . And keep terrible managers cause they can’t find new ones 

Never again will I work in this place the supervisor and managers are extremely childish with their little cliques. Doing your job shouldn’t put you at risk of not being included also your disability shouldn’t prevent you from keeping your job 

They will keep you because they don't have any body else, if you ask for raise they will say no they always have someone who will do it but they don't, only the ones they have are over worked.
