Working at Superior Radiant Products (SRP) has been an excellent experience. There are plenty of opportunities to learn, grow, and develop new skills, and the company provides a supportive environment that encourages personal and professional development. One thing that sets SRP apart is its commitment to creating a positive workplace culture. The company regularly hosts events and lunches, which are a great way to connect with colleagues and build relationships outside of work.

The people at SRP are friendly and welcoming, and the management and the supervisor is approachable and supportive. From day one, I felt like a valued member of the team. The company also prioritizes the well-being of its employees, offering benefits like health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

While there are areas where the company could improve, such as communication and equipment upgrades, these are minor issues that are far outweighed by the positive aspects of working at SRP. Overall, I would highly recommend this company as a great place to work for anyone looking for a company that values its employees and creates a positive workplace culture.

At first glance, SRP comes off as put together and professional, however, it's obvious within the first few days that nobody has any plans or ideas on how to achieve the goals they set. 

The planning from upper management is horrendous. They fire key people without having backup plans; the highly toxic work environment is riddled with office politics and no regulations to protect people from it; upper management isn't afraid to play favourites. Workplace safety is neglected as there are at least 2 workplace injuries a month causing people to take time off. They say they want innovative thinkers, but when someone presents an idea, they neglect it without consideration, even if the idea is to improve health & safety. 

There is zero job security regardless of tenure. They can and will fire you simply because they don't like you, there will be no warning, coaching or training. Upper management makes promises but never keeps them. SRP has the cons of a small company (lower pay, no regulations, toxic work environment, office politics, playing favourites, no job security, employee manipulation, etc.) with none of the pros. 

SRP has a floor staff of roughly 12 people and then supplements that with about 3-10 seasonal/temp workers they have left some people as temps for as much as 2 years before hiring them on.

They want to grow and are great at talking about change but find it very difficult to actually do anything to change.

Be wary of any promises that management makes about your future as it is a well known fact that they very rarely deliver. 

In my tenure there I saw 8 people leave of the constant 15 full timers they have ranging from less then 2 years of employment up to a 25 years including every floor manager except shipping and plant manager.


They pay all employees about 2-3$ under industry standards for the role they fill within the company.

I worked at SRP, and my experience was nothing short of a disaster. I was let go with no explanation, which left me completely confused and frustrated. The management team was incredibly unprofessional and lacked any real discipline, making it impossible to work in a structured or positive environment. There was constant drama, which only added to the toxic atmosphere.

One of the most frustrating aspects was how the HR manager manipulated me into writing a positive review on about how amazing the company was. There was no proper training, and I had to deal with managers constantly switching in and out, leading to confusion and lack of support. Overall, this place was a mess, and I would strongly advise anyone to think twice before joining SRP.

Work environment is toxic.
They don't trust you to do the job they hired you for. Constant micromanaging.
High turn over rate-most people only stay 8 months to a year
They are not customer focused
People you work with are great but management doesn't know how to manage.
Management will claim they know what they are doing but within a few days it's very clear they don't.
They will not work with you as a team and constantly push tasks onto you that are from a completely different department.
Hard working people leave and they don't seem to care or want to figure out why they leave to try to keep them. Also don't do anything with feedback given to improve things.
Moral is awful 
People who work hard and have been with the company are not valued.

I have been working at Superior Radiant Products for almost 5 years. It has been a great adventure full of challenges and opportunities for growth. The company has an awesome network of peers and managers who will help you to learn and grow. Upper management treats every employee with the utmost respect. Great career growth opportunities and several mentors in the company will help you move to advance in your career. Work-life balance is great. You will not be bothered after work hours. 
I truly believe that SRP truly cares about their employees. I am very glad to be a part of a company that treats people well.

No appreciation is given for any work you do, the constant micromanaging and a serious lack in training adds to the toxic work environment. Management doesn't seem to care and does nothing to improve the culture. If you need time off for an appointment they treat it like the end of the world and make a big deal of it. The changing of procedures and processes makes it challenging to keep up with how tasks should be completed. The pay is much lower than it should be especially when raises are minimal. 

Superior Radiant Products offers a vast majority of variations of work each day. From assembling components to boxing up the finished products for our wonderful customers, there is always something to do!!

The company has a great balance of work and family life with having weekends off, unless you want to earn some extra money on a Saturday morning shift. 

The management team has been absolutely great and there is plenty of opportunity to grow your career through hard work and dedication.

Worked here for almost four years and the experience has been overwhelmingly positive. I always feel like my contributions are valued and that my work has meaning. It's clear the ownership are committed to their employees and are always looking for ways to make them feel appreciated and incentivized. The pay is fantastic and the company is growing like crazy so there is tons of opportunity for growth. Definitely a great place to work and start/continue a career!

SRP is a wonderful company that really values its employees. Employees are treated well and the company culture is great! Many long-term employees and lots of support from management. You never feel alone at SRP, everyone is always working as a team and I appreciate that coming into work everyday. Company is growing and they really invest in their employees. It is worth working here!
