Started my apprenticeship here, was a great place to work, since i started 7 years ago, the company has gone down hill, cant keep management or steady work for there guys due to poor management in the grande prairie area. They have revamped the management and i think they can change this branch for the better now.

I work with a great bunch of people. Lots of incentives and extra benefits that most companies do not have. Fitness club, book club Inter branch competitions.

Business at surepoint is going through and overhaul of the upper level management and it’s has effects down towards the bottom near feild workers. It needs to be worked out soon.

Management was flexible when you needed time off for family. 
Day to day tasks were fun as there were different divisions within the company to work with. Dealing with multiple groups made the job more fun.

Friendly environment. Challenging. Room for advancement. Great co-workers. Good benefits. Fun place to work overall. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Company seems to care about its workers and management will listen to any concerns and makes efforts to right them. Managers are willing to take phone calls when you need help in the field. Would recommend working there.

Been with the company for a few years, seen its ups and downs and since there has been a management change everything has been 110% better. Wages went up, more work, and everyone’s attitude in the workplace changed for the better.

ZERO COMMUNICATION amongst management and employees at any level. Recognition and/or evaluations do not occur.  Culture is stressed but never implemented.

At first it seems great, then after some time you see the shady things. Employing new employees for higher wages, when you bring it up they tell you to mind your own business etc. Guys on tools are great, managment is all buddy buddy

One of my favorite jobs. I attributed this to management. Lots of opportunity to advance for the right person.  Benefits were excellent. I worked downtown, and loved the location.
