in my experience this company has a very bad management team or is very poorly lead by top management. Every day is a constant struggle between the management team members, except for 1 exception everyone is hungry for power. During my stay I have learned that if the management team is not sincere and does not deliver on their promises the rest of the team will perform very poorly and will not be happy in their job functions. for this reason only, this company has lost some very talented individuals who could have made a big difference in this company. it is really too bad as some of their products are very good. The hardest part working there was to try to cover up for management inhability to deliver on their promises and ensure that their staff members were happy.

Being a smaller company makes it feel like a family. The employees and management are friendly, helpful and competent. I love my boss! And the President and CEO/Founder are wonderful! There's fun goodies every so often and before COVID they had occasional fun activities like going to see Michelle Obama! They are very informative and follow the latest COVID protocols - I feel safe working here.

Nothing it's a good working relationship with achieving benchmark

Very poor salary and attitudes from upper management. Did not feel appreciated for the work I was doing and former coworkers/manager agree. Even when we were thanked for our work from upper management/leadership team it never felt sincere. Was promised better procedures to make our jobs more efficient and was given nothing. I have never seen so many employees quit/leave a company.

Office politics were prevalent to the point you didn't feel you had any job security. No one cared about your personal life and request you to work overtime for free. Micro management team that need you report every single tiny things, toxic environment has no respect to the coworkers, don’t waste your time even just one hour and one day

I’ve been employed with the Surgmed Group for over 2 years now and love working here. It really surprises me to see negative reviews about the company. Anytime I have had a problem or a concern, my manager has been very supportive and helpful. The work environment is caring and respectful. 
I would 100% recommend to work here!

Management focuses that you learn and grow. They also communicate and are transparent of the goals in the company. And colleagues are willing to help when needed.

The events are carefully planned that it's even sensitive to dietary requirements for example. There's always fresh fruits and healthy snacks available too.

Quite office to start with then it starts around 11am it gets busy. What I've learned with the company is the company's products different variety. My co-workers are great and friendly. The most enjoyable part of the job is our monthly lunches.

Very very low pay, all process are miss managed. Family run business with no respects to employees, very poor management and they consider anyone as "RESOURCE" that can be switched out, so stay away unless you are robot.

The people are passionate, caring, and helpful!

Help is always around the corner or a phone call away - from the CEO/Visionary to the colleague you share tasks with.  Truly a great vibe!
