I love working for SPC. My time spent working there has been fulfilling, supportive, and enriching for my clinical skills. They offer many lunch and learn opportunities and their benefits and flexibility allow for a nice work/life balance.

If anyone really wants to help parents and their child with autism. This is the place to go!  The work is hard but at the end of the day you go home proud of what you and the child you are working with accomplished that day.

I learned every day from others. The work culture was a good one, enjoyable, but I was under contract and it ended. I would have liked to stay on but I was under contract and it ended after four years.

Great place to work, the new CEO is a thoughtful leader with a vision. Your experience will greatly depend upon who your manager is and which department you're in. There's definitely lots of room to grow if you are a clinician, less so if you are in the business section of the organization. 

I'd definitely recommend this organization. It's professional,with great life work balance and generous vacation if you're union . 
They have multiple locations and you can apply to transfer to another one if performing similar role. Also easier to move up

Work environment is not healthy, not supportive management. My review is based on my experience in that pilot program. Management making the work environment not healthy at all. 

overall it's a good place to work. Knowing that there is no 'perfect work place',  This is as good a place to work as any. it's not stressful at all. People are good here. salary is good. Work atmosphere is good.

People work hard, good to work in a multi-disciplinary team. Great support from supervisors but not much chances to be promoted unless someone quit their jobs

Amazing people to work with, dedicated and caring; organizational culture needs major improvements though, as well as increasing transparency re. decisions made.
