Unless you are one of the few inner circle, be prepared to be subjected to nasty gossip and inappropriate comments behind your back for no good reason other than they thrive on drama.

Unfortunately this toxic environment is perpetuated mostly by the owners/management themselves. They think very highly of themselves and the company, have very high standards for employees, but cannot behave professionally let alone demonstrate any decent leadership skills themselves. It really is disappointing for a company that promotes body positivity and has a fairly progressive outlook, that they cannot even extend kindness to their own employees and distributors.

It's not the worst but it's not great - better to just avoid.

Working at SweetLegs has been such a positive experience. The CEOs genuinely listen and step in to address issues when needed, which makes staff feel heard and supported. They actively ask for employee opinions and input on new ideas or projects in the works, creating a strong sense of collaboration. 

The leadership team works really well together, always having each other’s backs, and they make sure all staff are included in the company’s growth—no matter their role or position. 

It’s a workplace where you’re excited to go every day, knowing you’ll get to collaborate with great coworkers, contribute to meaningful projects, and have fun while doing it.

SweetLegs is truly an inspiring local company. Their strong brand values focus on boosting confidence and celebrating each person's unique style, which is something I really connect with. The team is amazing—knowledgeable, supportive, and genuinely fun to work with. There’s a real sense of collaboration here, and the environment is all about helping you grow and level up your skills. The owners are incredibly encouraging and helpful, always fostering a positive and motivating atmosphere. If you're looking for a company where you can grow and be part of something meaningful, this is definitely it. I can't recommend it enough!

Once the three month probation period was over, management did NOT follow through on the agreed upon salary negotiations that took place during the interview. Work environment is huge on negative gossip and inappropriate comments about clients and coworkers are made daily. Management not appreciative of employee efforts. Barely any training, rules and procedures are extremely disorganized and change every single day. The only silver lining is that you get weekends off, and free/discounted apparel - but not worth the trouble.

The projects at sweetlegs are continuously micromanaged often till all scope is lost.  Along the way employees are berated for not inherently understanding the vision which is often communicated over a period of several days with sometimes contradictory direction.  On evenings and weekends you will be expected to answer any and all calls despite it not being put forth as an expectation.  You will also not be compensated for the extra time.
