The thing is that the administration is till very bad. No pay raise in a year and a half, no salary adjustment. And I did a whole lot of work there. In two separate period. Before the collective layoff, where I was promised a good salary and all. And after, I was called to go back. I am actually filing a full complain with the Labour Standards. Like I said the Team was gold, and I really love my jobs, I put all my heart into it every days. But the Upper management is still rotten. The collective layoff was a strategy to shot down Montreal production. It didn't pleased Rick Cohen the owner. I really thought things have changed, but sadly, nothing changed.

if the hours and the schedule were changed this job would be tolerable. the job would be easy enough if there were floater staff to help with jams and and product isssues. unfortunately they do expect you to climb tall ladders. If production slows down you feel it from your supervisors.                                     

All employees were friendly and helpful. I learned a lot from my internship supervisor and was responsible for assembling some roller beds.
Health and Safety are of the highest priority at Symbotic, so I felt very comfortable working with tools and equipment and learning how to use them correctly.

Awful place to work over all management is awful and they are pretty unfair in the maintenance department. The production has good managers but there are many issues in the work place and your always short handed Due to people go on leave for months if they like you.  Overall wouldn’t work there again due to there politics and the month cycle of night shifts.

this is a start-up company with promising product. a lot of management changes but they always try to explain the reason or tell the annual plan.

Have a good 10 years plan and really promising.

Your efforts would not be seen especially at the Canadian branch. Your valuable ideas and thoughts would not matter. 
It’s a good place for lazy people who don’t want to growth or ambitious persons who has some connection in executive teams 

I like working at Symbotic, this is my first job in automation, and it has been a big learning  I would recommend this company to anyone that is interested in robotics, they are still learning and it has been exciting.

THe day starts with the reading of emails, then follows with a group meeting to get everyone up to date. The rest of the day is basically what a day at work should be, at your desk doing your tasks.

The Automation system is great with a lot of room for learning new stuff in this evolving world of technology.
Great team to work with. Most the people know what they're doing.

Brain drain caused considerable time delays in stabilizing the systems. New members are fresh from school and college and they would take some time to contribute in development of systems.
