You are an asset and its a good company to work with until you have project. Once the project completes even if you have secondary skills it would be hard to keep your position and job secured.

Learned Many things in my overall Syntel experience. Got Lot of trainings , transportation facility in India is good. Working Environment , Annual Compensation everything good.

With this company my career got nice growth. I have started handling foreign clients from this company. Given an opportunity to work with them very closely to understand their work culture. Company's work life balance is also good. You are getting ample of time with your family also. Overall good experience.

HR and Management team lack cohesion and no will to take company forward. It was one of the earliest IT services company(started in 1980's) but hardly has grown in 2 decades.

Working as Project Lead from onshore, managing offshore and onshore teams. Worked on variety of projects from initiation till deployment. Utilized automation tools like Selenium and Test Management tools like Quality Centre and JIRA.

So much work would be pushed to you, if you are capable and it becomes a curse over a period of time. Of late the environment has been changed for each employees to scale themselves with new techs, which is a great plus.

Working at Syntel was a great experience. The work culture is very supportive and friendly.
Working at Syntel teaches a lot and has a learning and guiding atmosphere.

Good place for a fresher to start up.

Gives better chances to prove ourselves.

Will have good learning curve.

Once in a while we get a chance for team outing. I would say moderate fun at work place :-)

Syntel Inc is a place where work and life are balanced. 
A great place to learn and impart work to juniors as well.
The resource is valued and equal recognition is given for work done.

Clumpsy in handling even the basic tasks. Even the health insurance enrollment is not handled well. No Greencard processing. Very limited number of clients.
