Syntronic has done a great job at recruiting strong talent for their projects. However, the management team is new in their respective roles and as such, has created a place of chaos and unorganization. The timelines decided upon are too ambitious and puts a tremendous amount of pressure on its employees. Do not expect your career to progress while here.

When they have clients, they will hire people without interviews and later layoff all of them. Significant layoffs in last 2 years. no support by company at all when client gone, next day layoff. This used to be a good company 3-4 years back but now it completely different. software upper management is totally unfavorable and just wants you to leave. they put pressure on employee to leave the company when they fail to engage client.

Clean office. Good systems to do your job

Alot of politics around the office

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The company attempts to work on their culture by doing events. But they don't actually live their values.

Great place to work!  Positive, collaborative work environment with a great work life balance. The corporate culture is open, friendly and fun!  They even have cookies! ;)

Very good management, if a project is finishing, they will ask your preference to select other projects. Work culture is good, Managers provide full support to their team members.

Good sense of camaraderie, listened to and treated reasonably well by management.  Projects were for the most part interesting with manageable workload.  Enjoyed my time there.  

I got experience with many different fields of engineering including RF, Digital, Software, and power electronics.  The work is design services for other companies.

Good colleagues, can learn stuff here.
Management is okay. 
Salaries are lower than industry standards. 
You can progress up the ladder up to a level. 
You can get exposure to a variety of technologies.

Great workplace culture.  Variety of projects to work on!  Would love to go back again if circumstances change in future!  Management was forthcoming.

Get chance to work on various projects. flexible work hours. work life balance is there . chance to learn new technologies. management is supportive. i would recommend to all
