The company is expanding and growing, which allows for great opportunities to work on a diversity of projects, always learning new things, work along side a team that everyone comes together, from different departments, including management to deliver quality products to our customers.
There are a lot of fun social activities organized  where employees get together and have a great time. The company looks out for the best interest of their people, through these activities and the culture values established.  


Typical day at work is working on multiple interesting projects which are all different from one and other. The management gives us the liberty to review/decide on the actions and are very supportive. The culture defines 8 elements and activities are performed every month in order to fully understand the company culture.  I have never felt not part of the team, my ideas are always considered and I have referred so many friends to join our great team. This environment is fast paced and for people that are very creative, it’s a specific profile that may be hard to find.

I have worked at many places and share my experience with external colleagues, it is without a doubt a business that considers and values their employees. They are always seeking to improve, and the projects are technically impressive. This environment is not for someone who just wants a job, you will be challenged every day.  Culture is the strength and the teamwork, multiple advantages including, sports, social club, LMS, employee recognition, flexible 5 days a week work from home policy etc.. They walk the talk, and we all commit to the direction and building a strong team. Definitely worth the visit, come and join us!!

My day to day allows me to interact with all departments. They have a wonderful team of managers and directors who are very accessible and supportive. 
Fantastic work/life balance. The most enjoyable part of my job is that I am listened to and appreciated. 

Bad management.
The turn over is super high but management do not take action. In fact I think they try, but with no respect for the employees or listening of concerns and improving ideas, very difficult to keep employees. 

Very fast to hire, and very fast to fire people. 

The culture of the company is simply incredible, it makes me want to be part of this amazing journey. Something we are creating as a team. Sport activities on site with colleagues are great, management allows us to be our selves and that is why it's such a great environment to work!! 

Not a great place to work for technicians and engineers. Very amateur, next to no discipline, no real existing processes and methodology. Client start-ups are a complete mess. Shop looses parts all the time. Almost no repeat customers.
