Positively thinking a Typical Day at work is basically once you clock in you are on your feet. As a Lead Sales Rep one must clock in, and start working fast. Open the store, and get everything set up for opening. Help any customers on the floor if any, check daily numerous emails that may have been sent with promo offers and discuss them with your team so they are fully aware. Make sure store looks neat and proper throughout the day, evaluate the regular sales reps on how they are doing, good and bad. If the manager has certain tasks he or she wants you to do then you must stop selling and go do them ASAP so you go back to the sales floor to sell because you still have quota to meet. Review and follow up with ANY types of Leads you may have to come activate lines. Think of new ways to get customers to come in. Deal with customer issues and complaints at times the best way possible. Coworkers are great as long as everyone communicates with each other. Competition is always fun as long as you don't get out of hand with bad vibes and that is why we all MUST communicate and be Honest. Hardest part of the Job would be Room for Advancement. Most enjoyable was my Team. I had a great Team.

Its a great place to learn about technology and evolve your customer service skills. You get happy and angry customers like ay other place. I never complained about helpig customers over the phone but it is a dwonfall tryig to resolve tech issues over the phone while other peers get the walk in customers who want to activate, but that is why everyone must work together and answer phones taking turns. Luck may be on your side some days and some days it may not. 

I wouldn't recommend this place to grow and stay as a career. Its hard to move up and you must rub elbows with Managers and EVEN then they still may not look out for you and deliver their promises. They just keep setting goals for you to accomplish saying they will promote you but then find another goal for you to do. Ill just keep detailed sexist comments to myself. My personal experience was not great and I hope it hasnt happened to any other person in other stores. My store had no stability either. I had 4 managers only in ONE year. Everyone of them had different ideas and ways of doing things. The store had no positive Rythm. 

I'm a positive person so I overall I would reccomend this job, just not that Store. You learn alot overall. Like all sales jobs, you must Hustle. The better your numbers the better pay check you get. 

•	Worked closely with customer in collecting requirements for “Wireless Intelligence” web application.
•	Extensively used HTML, XML, and AJAX in the front-end to minimize the page reloads and for dynamic display of data (ASPX).
•	Involved in creating Web GUI using Web forms, Web controls, Web User Controls.
•	Used Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) to enable rich control, design and development of the visual aspects.
•	Experienced in building Web Services with the MSSOAP toolkit, which works with COM objects and can be used with any COM capable tool such as Visual Basic.
•	WCF was designed with Service oriented architecture to support Distributed computing where services were consumed by end users.
•	Extensively involved in coding of Business Logic component using C#.NET.
•	Developed the Data access Layer in the form of Web Services.
•	Created and consumed WCF services to exchange the data between different departments using SOAP, XML and WSDL extensively.
•	Worked on SQL Server integration Services (SSIS) for wireless billing data transfer.
•	Provided technical guidance to other team members.
•	Involved in the creation of Stored Procedures.
•	Prepared test cases for all the modules and performed Unit and Integration testing.
•	Used Team Foundation Server (TFS) for versioning control.
•	Constantly interacted with the customer to understand the business flow.
•	Used Validation controls and JavaScript to validate the input data.

It was a fun, hardworking and good learning experience for a student as myself 
Responsible for ensuring that each customer receives the best service possible, and for assisting in the execution of all store initiatives that contribute to generating sales.

Duties;

Responding quickly and resourcefully to customer requests or concerns.
Using suggestive selling techniques to increase sales.
Giving information to customers about products. 
Operating the till.
Up selling and making recommendations to customers.
Serving multiple customers in a short period of time.
Carrying out re-merchandising, display, price markdowns duties.
Accurately completing cash register transactions.
Receiving store deliveries.
Representing the store in a professional and positive manner.
Creating and maintaining long-term relationships with regular customers.
Assisting in all store administrative tasks.
Taking care of the customers’ needs while following company procedures.
Executing marketing and visual merchandising initiatives.
Occasionally opening and closing the store.
Organising the display of merchandise.
Assisting customers with choices by providing them with information about products.
Participating in physical inventory counts.
Adhering to all store retail policies and procedures.

Working for Sprint was a very poor experience. As a sales representative, we had to meet quotas that increased more and more every single month despite conditions that would prevent those goals from being reached.

Advancement was more based on favoritism than it was about skill/experience. 

Lots of shady behavior was permitted and even DEMANDED by corporate. Asking to slam customers, asking to work off the clock. No time or understanding whatsoever for real life and in the end LOWERING base pay. Yes, they increased commissions but that's just to cover for that erroneous decision.

 Makes sense that they've got a lawsuit going against them right now. I would never suggest Sprint to anyone.

A typical day at Sprint is focused on the tasks at hand and ensuring the work is done and the team is supported. We have meetings daily and work with teams accross the world to ensure our customers get the best possible service at all times.
The co-workers are helpful, supportive, hard working and friendly. It is a very diverse environment. 
The hardest part of the job is to be able to communicate issues with upper management. The structure is highly hierachical thus not ensuring enough transparency for issues to the executive team.
The most enjoyable part of the job is the work life balance. It is unmatched.

SPRINT CANADA was one of the most rewarding companies to work for especially in the business sector. Management and staff very friendly and professional. Really enforced positive work place. Awarded employees for great work, being recognized and appreciated for just doing your job really made difference in staff's overall attitude.

If you have the desire you can do what ever you want, in Sprint. You have the tools and the training provided at pretty much no expense and all it takes is time and patience. Sometimes more patience but, with a will there is a way. I've worked there over 16 years and with every layoff and restructure I've grown. NO it's not easy, but, it has been good for me and it can be for someone if they try.

For the most part, T-Mobile is a great place to work.  The company prides itself on being "young and hip".  The desire to be a youthful company, sometimes causes the company to forfeit traditional cultural values, leaving some employees confused about appropriate behavior in the work environment.  Apart from a corporate culture in transition, the company pays well and is growing at a very fast pace.

my work day was very fast pace ,I worked evenings when the five o'clock work crowed came in. most of the time they were in a hurry so I had to be fast but effiecient. my co workers were hard working and friendly,we made sure we helped where it was needed even if it wasn't our station. although they didn't require us to take a break we made sure that if a coworker had to work over time we would help releave them
