I worked at Team group and unfortunately, my experience was not positive. While there were some aspects of the job that were fulfilling, several critical issues significantly impacted my overall experience.

Firstly, the work environment was not conducive to productivity or employee well-being. Communication between management and staff was often poor, leading to confusion and inefficiency. Additionally, there was a noticeable lack of support from management when issues arose, the managers were impartial, HR policies  were only for the companys benefit and not for the employees even if the employee were not at fault, which created a stressful atmosphere and hindered the team's ability to perform effectively.

Furthermore, there were concerns regarding the company culture. The lack of respect and professionalism exhibited by certain individuals made it difficult to feel valued as an employee. Constructive feedback was often ignored, and there was little to no opportunity for professional growth or development.

While I believe there is potential for improvement, the current state of the company made it challenging to remain motivated and engaged. I hope that management takes steps to address these issues for the benefit of current and future employees.


I was working with TEAM Group inside a car plant, and honestly I had a great time with this company. I felt that I was trained properly, and any questions that I had most of my peers or supervisors were more than willing to assist me. I enjoyed that our team supported each other, and as long as you are on task it is not extremely difficult to finish your work and ensure it looks good too. There were lots of safety talks that made it seem a lot like the company really cares about the employees. I would still be at this position if the plant didn't close down, I truly felt as though I was being fulfilled by this job and loved to come into work every night.

What is the best part of working at the company?
It’s honestly hard to describe the best part about working for them, except that they will train you and whatever they want you to do

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Working for the company in general what is the most stressful part there unorganized they don’t have any communication and management doesn’t even know what they’re doing

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It is worse than working with a group of high school girls not one of them will actor age

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Very stressful you don’t know what time you were going to finish and you never know what you’re doing the next day until you’re almost ready to go to bed the night before

At the Woodstock Facility, The manager's and Supervisors put alot of work on employees within short periods of time. No accountability within Managers or Supervisors, Favoritism with some employees, team leaders and Supervisor don't train fully on jobs. People leaving the place all the time, can't keep people. No raises for awhile, besides pizza. You work most holidays such as Xmas and most time during the hot summer, where your shoved into an cramped area where its hot and no air. Some of the hours are long 10-12hrs working along people making $30hr and your making 17- 19hr. Bosses blame people for everything and most Supervisors Team Leaders sit in office doing nothing. Weekend shifts are the worst for being a Team Member 

Typical work day begins with a safety meeting at 6am followed by dispatch to various sites.
 i learned Teamwork ,safety and good communication with the crew . The management is highly convenient and supportive,  never had an issue  at with them at all. Safety is a top priority for  them and don't tolerate complacency,  and all necessary PPE are provided the company for free before carrying out any task. the job isn't hard but involves working outside with cold temperatures and standing up for along time.  The most enjoyable part of the job is going home safe after a hectic day  . pay is fair. 

I worked with team group as a cleaner for a while and nothing about this job is fulfilling they work you to the Bone in a unsafe environment with employees that aren't even properly trained and are using chemicals when you try to say something about the work they just brush it under the rug most of their management are un qualified and play favorites and on top of them screwing up your pay all the time take that 15 an hour you make and call it 13.50$ with all the taxes and Union fees tooken off of you but seriously in all reality I've never worked with a company so mismanaged before.

The company is experiencing major restructuring and growing pains. The nature of the industry tends to also have a high turn-over. This is a great place to gain experience but, with the low pay, minimal benefits coverage, and poor management practices there is room for improvement.

This company does not train you properly. you will be used as an escape goat when they see fit.
went from having no issues at work to getting fired in less than 3 months. most issues not even caused by me.

They claim to be safety oriented but dont do proper safety training, dont make sure your training is up to date, and put you in bad situations you dont have the proper training for which can seriously hurt or kill not just yourself but others. 

Dont work here if you ever get offered a job. youll likely get worse than some broken bones.

Currently the struggles of the Automotive industry has put extra demands on all of us, Ford and others in the industry are expecting more and more for less, difficult but rewarding at the end of the day.  Team is a place to learn and grow, need to get that to the floor, and show our employees that this doesn't just need to be a job, it can be a career.  
Love working here, love the work, love the people, Team is a great place to work!! 

I was hired as a site manager for team group.  You are given next to go guidance on what you need to accomplish as well as very little training.  

Overall the cooperate structure is very poor,  they like to give the sites more work then they can handle.  Turnover is through the roof for hourly staff and pay is very low.  

The staff at the plant are all good people who mean well and strive to give the customer what they ask for. 

I would not recommend working for team group at any level due to the low pay and lack of cooperate support to the team at the site.
