I worked at this place for a few years and especially enjoyed running summer camps for school children. I have only positive things to say about their work culture and management. They are truly professional and passionate about what they do, maintaining high standards and treating their employees with respect.

The only challenging experience I recall was when I was assigned to train a new employee who had just graduated and recently moved to Yukon. Despite having no prior experience, the new hire was overly confident, which made her resistant to feedback. Eventually, she left, blaming both me and the management for her inability to perform her duties.

This was the first time I had encountered such a situation, and it left me feeling embarrassed and stressed for a few days. However, the manager was very supportive, which helped me move past it. In my next role at another centre, I encountered several new employees with similar attitudes, which made me realise that this is a common challenge that managers and supervisors frequently face.

I’m so thankful to be working with a company that supports its employees both personally and professionally. When I started, I was new to the field, but their transition program and the support from my supervisors made all the difference.I needed to take a few course to get my certification. They took a permission from the government for me to work while I was completing my corses for certification and helped me to get financial assistance form the Yukon Government to pay my tuition fee. 

A highly toxic workplace where management encourages mistrust and employees are pushed to monitor and report on each other. There is no real teamwork, only tension and pressure. Leadership is controlling and disrespectful, with little regard for basic dignity. The environment feels oppressive, stressful, and emotionally draining, making it difficult to feel safe or do your best work.

These guys were doing things I never thought I would do. Their creativity and variety of supplies were amazing. Their group management skills, with all the organization and special methods, were tremendous. They also had a support staff member for each child who needed assistance. Thier director had a degree in mental health and was consulting us on group dynamics and children's special needs and conditions. I never thought this job would require so much knowledge.

I am incredibly grateful for the support I received from my employer in obtaining my PR. They guided me through the entire immigration process, and their help with the paperwork was invaluable. The transition into this field was also easier than expected, thanks to the friendly supervisors. As long as you maintain the company’s standards and communicate well, they will fully back you every step of the way.

This was a fantastic center to work at, with highly professional management that clearly knows what they’re doing. As a recent graduate, I found it to be an excellent place to learn and develop my skills. It's not the kind of environment where you can slack off or avoid responsibilities, but if you work hard, your efforts will definitely be recognized. I received several raises during my time there and only left because I was relocating from Whitehorse.

When I joined this company, I was new to the field and quite nervous, but the management made the transition smooth with excellent support. They provided all the help I needed with my immigration paperwork, and thanks to their guidance, I’ve successfully obtained my PR. It’s important to meet the company’s standards and work with supervisors, but if you do your part, they will go above and beyond to help you succeed.

The staff are nice, the kids are great, but the managment is by far the worst I have ever experienced. They will yell at  you for small mistakes, and not allow you to freely plan activities. They will promise you permanent residency with high wages, but will treat you so terribly, you will feel badly about yourself worth. If you are trained within Canada you will have to do the opposite of everything you learned in school. There are better places to work than here. 

This company is amazing! I was new to the profession when I started, but the transition program was excellent. The supervisors were approachable and supportive, helping me build confidence in my role. They also assisted with my PR application. As long as you do your part and meet their expectations, they’ll fully support your journey to permanent residency.

This company truly invests in its people, and if you’re willing to work hard and align with their values, they’ll go above and beyond to help you succeed. I highly recommend them  just understand thier aproach. They focus on group activities and a lot of outdoor things, especialy in the summer.
