I was with this company for nearly 5 years. In this time, I had seen multiple changes through an ownership change to a complete change of management in the office. The first few years wasn’t the most positive experience. That was until the new managers/company  took over. There was a major improvement in moral, the shop was running more efficiently and there wasn’t a who you know policy in place anymore. They were both more than accommodating with any of my or another employees needs. I made a career change that wasn’t within this industry so unfortunately I’m no longer with this company. I would recommend any one interested in this company to truly give them a chance without letting any of the old reviews discredit the new managers or staff. 

TEN head office is in the U.S. and that is very evident. Driven by profit and profit only (which is fine for them but not for you), no care whatsoever about employees, transparency or support. Branch level management blindly obeys upper management no questions asked, like letting go employees for cost-cutting and profitability purposes, making for a very shady and toxic work environment. You are expected to go above and beyond your role at any moment, doing other jobs or helping other departments but you will not be compensated for doing this, in fact, you will not be thought of at all. Training is nearly non-existent, you are thrown into it and expected to figure it out with next to no support. Upper management is cut-throat and shady, you are only a number to them, and your time can come at any moment. Branch management is complicit in this as well. Do not trust them.

I feel happy coming everyday to my work. The colleagues are very friendly and very supportive. I have learned a lot since I have joined. 

I did not find anything hard or stressful, as I love taking challenges. Sometimes its busy and being focused on your work and doing tasks properly makes you feel good.  

The Higher management are very friendly. They visit sometimes and talk to you. I was surprised when our VP came and he knew I was working here, it felt motivated.  I would recommend to work for TIP, its one of the best companies I am working for. 

I initially joined Tip Group as a co-op student for a four-month term and was so impressed with the experience that I returned for another eight months. Well I am just a little over a month there and the job is pretty straightforward the management seems well organized and I like the team working environment weather you been there for 4 years or a month if you have a question there is always someone willing to help you... they make it feel like there is no " stupid question " .... it'd a very well organized team environment and  that is what I was looking for when I was interviewed.  An me being only a month in my team and coworkers make me feel like I have always been there since the day they started . 

This is my 3rd week been a IT SERVICE DESK . The work environment has been really awesome. I got all the support to settle into the new job from my manager and entire team member. 
I have learnt a lot on the job like I have been able to use a lot of resources (Mobile-phone, Desktop, Remote Applications, Outlook, Active Directory) to perform well on my job. My manager is always willing to give suggestions on how to do better on the job. He recommended links like  Salesforce  trailer wizards to learn more about Salesforce.
I also like the workplace culture, team-spirited and not tensed environment. 

I worked at the Moncton NB location as a Roadside Service Coordinator for over a year and it was an great place to work.  I truly enjoyed the people I worked with.  They became really close friends.  The hours are long, but they went by fast to me.  TIP is really a great organization to work for.  I left for a higher paying job.  Had it not been for that, I would still be there.  I do miss the people and the work.

Been with the company for 6 years. ERS management is the best one by far, and I have been through them all in this department. Very accommodating, always there to listen to our needs. Attentive to the staff and always tries to do the best for the staff. Very fast paced environment, always something new to learn. Home/work life balance is great! I am a work-a-holic and my boss always stresses on the importance of home/work life balance. 
Communication is key in this department, must work together to better the department. 

Poor management in Moncton ERS office. Complaints made to HR are ignored over and over again. High turn over rate because of management. VP of the office will not listen to employees and runs the place like a dictatorship. Not recommended. 

They look good on paper, but once you are there you start to see how bad it is. Even if they changed the name of the company, they still have the same managers. 

A lot of manipulation , favourism,nepotisim and incompetent HR practices. You cannot count on HR to be honest and admonish wrong doing which will save the company a lot of attrition.

 some management fire to hire their  friends and family allegedly.

The company has the propensity to be a great company. The current management should be retrained as to what is expected. Lead by example not" do as I say and not as I do"

Hopefully the buy over will bring about the greatness which is dormant in the company. Great IT team.
