I was hired as a contract worker due to the need for COVID screeners. Upon entering the job I first agreed to contract work with the belief that contract workers were treated with the same respect as Full/Part-time workers, I was wrong. The CEO will push extra shifts onto you without your need or want for them. He has no idea what his employees performances are as he will single out one employee for doing a bad job and scold them, while the rest of his employees are conducting their work in the same manner with the same issues. He has threatened the future job prospects of a co-worker, by ensuring them "He will make sure they never get a job in (the field of their choice) ever." This was only because of one small issue in that employees almost perfect job performance, but he will never commend you for the good you do at work, only the mistakes you make. Be careful this company offers dead-end jobs with no room to grow in your company, and the pay is laughable.

This is probably one of the better jobs I’ve had. There really isn’t job security because once covid is done with I probably will be out of work. But for the time being it’s great. Decent salary, full time hours, boss is understanding and will listen if you have issues. Very accommodating. If you are the kind of person who wants to work then this is the job for you. 

I learned a lot and gained experience through the job I had 30 interviews before being hired by this company on the spot / on site Yes they ask you to work extra hours and they compensate for that I enjoyed working the Stratford Warrior and London Knights games 

Lazy job with even lazier management 
Shift are posted last minute and changed with our notice. 
Pay is low and safety is a big concern with the limited training or support from management.

i havent accountered a typical day.
i have leanrned how to deal with people and being patient with them.
managment is very clear and on point
worplace environment is easy to deal with.
nothing is hard about the job/
all parts of the job are enjoyable.

The work was decent. But the management and owner were unprofessional and very disorganized.They do not care about their employees  and spoje down to them.

Lazy job, you won’t get any good experience working as a guard here. The boss is highly aggressive and communicates like a teenager. Hard to work for this company.
