Individual journeymen and the office affords lots of time flexibility, as long as you’re getting the jobs done in the recommended time space.

People agree it’s probably the best volume residential company, even if not always perfect. 


I loved working here and miss the girls that I worked with.  I moved to another province, so this is the only reason I left the job.  Management was good, if they felt you could keep up with the work they would give you more, sometimes this could get stressful, but I was always busy and was never bored.  The hours were 8-4, work life balance was excellent.

a typical day work with trecc would consist of getting material from head office heading to residental job site set up materials needed either doin roughin which consists of pulling wire boxing and cutting in or pre finish which is puttin up lights outlets and switches and finishing which is putting in finishing material to complete job

arrive to work early for morning loadup
travel to designated job site
complete job then off to the next site

management is organized, and always by the phone when needed
trecc electric is a family run business and treats each employee with respect and dignity.

Revolving door.
Quantity top priority.
Watch for people who eat hours to keep there job and make themselves look great.
Safety in office on job site looks good (come back in an hour)

Workers in the company are fun, interactive and great to learn from, If you ever had a problem or a question someone would always like to help you in the company.

My journeyman was just fine, teaching me what I needed to know and showing patience.
The company as a whole lacks communication and common sense.
