I have been working with tricom since 2019, and it was literally a great experience to work with them. We have a choice of working on different days, different sites as the company is quite big. They have been serving for so many years for maintenance and cleaning. During this pandemic, they are helping their workers with CERB and EI benefits. Your efforts will manually got appreciated by the team and by your manager. They always prioritize their employees to be safe and reflect a good image of the company. Vacations are paid and working t-shirts, jackets are also free depend upon on the site where you are working and they do provide raincoats as well for their employees so that they don’t get sick which is something I really appreciate. 

Tricom- Unreliable, unprofessional, rude and a terrible cleaning service. I think the management is very poor and the majority of staff don't care about their jobs and have no idea how to clean, they arrive late most of the time and waste a lot of time on there cell phones putting everybody behind on a already heavy workload. bottom line is they are not a trustworthy company, they do terrible work and are going to lose contracts very soon with this kind of management..if you are a team player and have good work ethic stay clear from this cleaning company. it's a toxic environment

As i recently joined the Tricom, I am happy with my work specially my working hours that are absolutely reasonable for me. Aside from this, there are numerous things to learn skills and experience if you work with Tricom. At long last, you can acquire however much you endure better to beat your expenses. Also, Working with Tricom is a great experience from my side. All the staff has a friendly behavior. I feel that it's the most ideal decision of my life to pick working with Tricom. Be straightforward you don't need to stress over your expenses if you work with Tricom. You can get an opportunity to substantiate yourself.

This company is TERRIBLE! They pay minimum wage and the only employees that receive benefits are management!! 11PM-5:30AM....6 hrs of work so they don't have to give you a lunch break. High turnover and barely allowed to take any breaks! Management lies, they will tell you anything they think you want to hear if it will make you work harder and faster. My supervisor couldn't clean or polish brass in the front of the house, yet expected everyone else to. Nothing better than watching your supervisor out smoking while you're wiping windows.

Hard to fathom how company's like this stay in biz with how they treat people. Throw them into a job without giving any insight on how to make the most of the time and resources at hand. Ask for help or advice how to do a repetitive task without killing yourself doing it, and their response? : 
"That's the way we've always done it". Not one bit of pro-activeness by manager,and too willing to flip the script on you when their back hair gets up. 

Terrible pay for the sheer amount of work expected. Hire at minimum wage. Told me that they hire anyone because of the extreme turnover rate. I was told by my boss the turnover rate averaged three months. Hours were 11 p.m. to 7 a.m. and a quick break was given... time permitting. A lot of labor laws broken here I bet. My personal advice is just run!

Tricom is one of the best companies for students to earn a good amount of money while they study. In this company, working hours are perfectly flexible and enough availability of work for each individual according to their need. At Tricom, there are a lot of growth opportunities for the right and hard working individuals to get successful.

Working with Tricom is really good experience for from my side. I am working since 2018-present. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I feel that it’s the best choice of my life to choose working with Tricom. Be honest you don’t have to worry about your expenses if you work with Tricom. You can get chance to prove yourself.

When they need employees for an emergency site, they are sweeter than honey and when they got their backup, they just call and tells you, “YOU ARE NO MORE A PART OF TRICOM”. They will never get satisfied from your work, they will always find something to demotivate us.Just wanna say at last from my personal experience, please stay jobless rather from working here.
