I was once an employee of this company when i was there they never had clear lines of communication between all departments. which often led to mistakes taking place and you being blamed for obvious mistakes that had nothing to do with you station. The company would also give you insane orders you would need to complete without all the ingredients or expired material which would lead t delays possibly for days oe even weeks the they would blame you for the delays and mistakes made without taking any of the blame for themselves. within the span of 3 months they would go though many staff who would quit or get fired. In the year and half that i worked there i myself trained at least a dozen employees straight from the start of my employment with them. Without even being a month old i was already helping to train the next employees. this led to poor training and inexperienced training methods and poor understanding of the job that needed to be done. their were days where you would do nothing else but look inside the bottles you needed to use fr production just because there was strange smell coming from them or that there was bugs inside if them. Why they would  get production staff to check the bottles for cleaness i still have no idea. this should have been the responsibility of the QA (Quality Assurance) and not the production staff.  

I suggest you don't work for this company many of the friends i have that i made there we still have nightmares from working this this company..

Department heads and immediate team members were dedicated and cooperative but unfortunately the same can't be said of upper management.
Covid response was slow and there was a reluctance to allow remote working, even for positions that did not require being on site whatsoever. 
The company continually experienced financial difficulty and was ultimately mis-managed into bankruptcy.

no open door policy when it came to issues

negative atmosphere,no one wanted to be there

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
staging shipping receiving and doing inventory

When I started the work was manageable.  As time went on more and more responsibilities were than added to my position.  I had negotiated a salary based on the work I was doing in the first couple of weeks.  Work home life balance was not considered by management.

Got friendly co-workers who is patient to teach me everything; considerate supervisor willing to work with the workers at the front line; 

The only problem was the company went bankrupt at mid-March and everyone was fired

We did jot get paid for 4 weeks. We came in 1 day and were told you don't have a job any longer. We all lost big money. Upper management can not be trusted. They came out to the floor a few weeks before the receivers came in and lied to all of us saying they planned To be slow. 

Amazing workplace. The staff is friendly, very hardworking, positive and enthusiast. it has been a wonderful experience and opportunity to learn and develop many new skills and abilities.

people has respect with each other, mgt is supportive of employees, great HR dept, they know how to recognize employees, provide trainings for personal devpt, good employee programs like bbq and christmas party

the company always change management and i feel there's no stability,additional work load but less money.everyday they change their rules.benefits is good.

Fun place to work and good management. The people's work hard and independently, but a lot more work done than we expected. Our boss was very impressed with the job we do.
