Was a TERRIBLE experience working there, I've never been more disappointed in my life. The owners exploit workers, and have absolutely no respect for anyone in their company. The wife (owner's wife) is especially rude; I've never witnessed anything like it. She yells at anyone and everyone who crosses her path, and has absolute disrespect for everyone at the company (unless of course, you're her family member). 

I've never seen a work environment like that in MY LIFE. When the owners are around, everyone's expected to work like robots. There's no collaboration and no help from them; they expect you to read their minds. No clear direction, and if you do anything "wrong" they yell at you and everything is seemingly "your fault" even if they have had a huge part to play it it. 

They hire workers from agencies, and pay many employees less than minimum wage. Lunch breaks are half an hour for an eight+ hour shift. Don't work here if you want to be respected, and if you care for your future.

I walked in day one and got a handshake and then... nothing. Nobody had materials ready, nobody sat down to explain the systems or the processes, it was just me staring at equipment trying to reverse-engineer how things were supposed to work. The whole first month was me scrambling to figure out basic stuff that should've been explained on day one, asking questions in the hallway because there wasn't any structured anything. I'd ask the same people twice and get different answers, which didn't help, and somewhere along the way I just stopped asking and started guessing instead. It's hard to build confidence when you're constantly operating on incomplete information, second-guessing every decision because you're not even sure what the standards are.



 Twi Foods has been incredibly disappointing due to their lack of respect for people’s time. The owner and their VP's they are to disorganised and also inhumans  TWI Foods is honestly one of the worst companies out there in terms of management and respect for people may be they are just trying hard to sell their sad products. The leadership is a joke—they have no regard for anyone’s time and make zero effort to treat people with decency or professionalism. It’s clear they don’t care about the people who work with or for them, and it’s honestly insulting to deal with a company so full of disrespect and disorganisation. Don’t waste a minute of your life on Twi Foods; they’re simply not worth it.


A company that's growing very fast, with a great team of employees, and a very unique product. Management team are always appreciative of your ideas, and are always open to suggestions. Certainly will be a great place to work. I must also appreciate the attitude of The President and the Vice President, who were always very helpful in terms of making sure that they are very connected to the employees, to make sure that the employee feels very comfortable, and also making sure that they get the best out of the employee. Overall I would highly recommend TWI foods for future applicants who wish to Apply for jobs with TWI Foods

Back to back production to fulfill orders from distributors. Company moving from Simply Accounting to Quasimodo ERP and at present duplicating data entry in both systems resulting in work overload. Management Information Systems not yet matured. Multi-tasking and multi-utilization of human resources from procurement to payroll, sales to supply chain, production to maintenance. New facility started at Etobicoke after moving from leased place on Gage Road, Mississauga. Quick decision making, empowerment & delegation are pluses and minus is that managerial direction is elusive, transient and ever-changing making it difficult to ascertain.

I really enjoy working at TWI, as it has proppelled by career 10 fold. I started off as a Line Operator but was later promoted to QA tech due to my education and knowledge. 

The culture set by onweship strongly believe in employee growth and management at all levels are constanstly providing training and support for everyone to grow. 

I have made friends, advanced my career meanwhile enjoying where I work. 
Production as well as Plant Manager are so co-operative.
I highly recommend this place to everyone.

All the company does is HIRE and FIRE.  They hire you for a week and expect you to perform all your duties perfectly without any training.  Management is to busy to train you, and they are constantly messing everything up.  There is no dress code and the entire office setting is horrible and extremely unprofessional. DO NOT WORK HERE.  THIS IS A BAD COMPANY, WITH BAD REPUTATION, AND WILL STAIN YOUR CAREER BY WORKING HERE

TWI Foods Inc. has an awesome team environment and one of the best company cultures I’ve ever had the pleasure to experience. Everyone is super supportive and friendly. The company culture strongly believe in employee growth and Management is committed to helping their employees thrive. I would highly recommend TWI Foods Inc. for future applicants who wish to excel in their career.
