Untrained 'professionals', No secondary education in proper caring, no proper equipment, inadequate 'training' and honestly I am very disappointed. No one is certified previously, you could go into this place with just a High school diploma and if you're related or friends of someone high up you can get in.
Pay is horrible considering the expectations you are required to do. Not only physical but mentally it's stressing as they require no training or previous knowledge on any mental conditions.
Giving medication that should be administered by licensed professional is not only dangerous but risking a lawsuit.
Management is very much a dog eat dog mentality. Being personally talked down on for not doing another person's job by manager. Back stabbing employee's and horrible treatment of clients. 

It saddens me that this place doesn't allow you to openly critic them and lying through their teeth.

What is the best part of working at the company?
The clients were fun to work with. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of communication, No respect for your feelings, Not mindful of your mental health and physical health. Never given enough time to get the written portion, and programming preparation time for the job. There is a lot of drama and lies that go on there.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
The environment there is very clicky and unorganized. The culture is fine.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
You never know from one minute to the next what you are supposed to be doing with the clients. And you never know when you’re gonna get in trouble for something that you were never knew about or trained for. It is great to work with the clients, but you feel like they’re waiting for you to make a mistake.

You get hours but it won’t be what’s best for you and your life

The drama is tenfold and they will trap you at a house so you can’t further your career

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
It doesn’t matter.  You do something right you get in trouble.  Do something wrong you get in trouble

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful  unfortunately.  I really tried to like this job

Everyday is busy and different. I felt that I created strong bonds with the individuals and care deeply for their welfare. I learned to multi task as well as to delegate responsibilities to others which caused a more balanced work place and stable life for our persons. My supervisor was great with handling any issues that arose and demonstrated a strong skill set to all. For me the hardest part of my job was learning to leave it at work and not worry about individuals on my personal time.

Very dated organization. Very top heavy as far as management to staff ratio. No actual leadership when it's needed. Indecisive when decisions need to be made. I don't doubt that the clients are loved and cared for but day to day this business does not seem to have a plan to catch up to the present. No money for activities but plenty of money for company phones if you are one of the few people to get one. Your last name matters for your job here and be ready to be called every day to pick up shifts.

Management needs work.... some team leads are ok, coordinators are nasty to staff. They hire team leads with zero experience and zero effort to be part of the team. When going to upper Management about issues they pretty much put it on you  manipulate your words and nothing is done about it. Zero clarity and tons of office gossip 

Learning work related issues on an everyday basis , self rewarding . Supervisors and other co-workers , their concerns and compassion . learning the importance of clients needs . Training and courses obtained . helping others have a better quality of life .

programs not tailored to needs of individuals. 
mismanagement, ignorance. 
over all not a caring adventure.
slack on safety for PDD, and FAS programs plus children's programs ran into the ground based on lack of productivity of staff who run said programs . 


Management is not great. Management never around when you need something or when there's an issue. Problems don't get resolved or addressed. They over work you with no concern for your health. Management or higher up's always want you to work more but won't do so themselves.
