What is the best part of working at the company?
The work environment is stressful and poorly managed. Management does not communicate properly with employees and often ignores worker concerns. There is very little job security, and employees constantly feel uncertain about their future with the company. Overall, the workplace lacks support, organization, and respect for workers.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
The work environment is very stressful because the equipment is old and not properly maintained, which makes the job harder and unsafe at times. Management and supervisors are not supportive and often treat employees poorly. There is constant pressure at work without proper guidance or respect for workers. Overall, it creates a negative and uncomfortable workplace.

While I'm still pretty new here, I am very much enjoying the workplace culture here. I work in the office so my day consists of organizing and managing many people and projects at once. I like that even though I get very VERY busy, trying to juggle requests from multiple people, I never feel overwhelmed and stressed to the point of me taking my work home. And I know that if that did happen, I would be able to talk to my manager about it and have a conversation about solving the problem. 

Knowing that there is lateral and/or upward movement in this company makes me excited for my future here.The culture is great, people are able to  joke and have fun, while still being productive. I like it a lot so far.

Absolutely no work life balance,bad pay, lots of out of town, frequently getting shorted on hours and never seeing that money back, expect you to work for free constantly, higher up management doesn't care about you they only care about themselves and money, oh and if you're a girl, watch out for managers that hit on you, unprofessional and will ghost you without reason if you don't fit or ask too many questions, all the trucks are piles so expect to be waiting around a ton while a mechanic comes to fix you, your back will hurt cause of said truck, I recommend staying clear 100p,VERYHIGH turn over rate, that says a lot, also you pay a ton into a union and for benefits but you don't get to use them for 3 years, it's a joke

Trying caring less about your pockets and more about your staff, you wouldn't have such a high turn over rate if you did

I’ve worked there for over ten years. It’s a great place to work, great bunch of people to work with. Management has always been fair with me. I love my job and the people I work with. There are lots of people that have worked with me for the ten years I’ve been there. Says a lot about a company to have 40-50 people that are long term and stil enjoy what they do.

Management needs work... Big boss should stay in an office chair and not in the field... feels like your running around with your head cut off lots of days... long hours and no raise in pay, no travel pay... Have to fight for months to get into another machine that you are qualified to operate... the company will lie to you...  The co workers are nice and fun to talk to... no issues with office staff.   

Very disappointing company to work for. Employees’ hard work is not respected, management is poorly organized, and there is no proper support for workers. They advertise it as a full-time job, but once the project is finished, layoffs start happening after just a few months. They also don’t pay for travel time, which is unfair considering the amount of time employees spend on the road. Overall, not a stable or professional workplace.

I've been working in the shop for over 10 years now, love what I do and always busy. I learn new things everyday, enjoy working with my co-workers. I do get sent out of town for some jobs which I enjoy the change of scenery and pace. Still able to maintain an excellent work life and personal life balance. Overall great place to work!

ive learned quite a bit working at taranis, although near the end it was quite long days, and if you need a day off it was frowned upon. hardest part of the job was all the manual labor and the best part of the job was learning and getting your pay no if ands or buts every two weeks

This employment is seasonal, I require a permanent job. The hourly pay is not sufficient, and the company is not properly managed. Hours are irregular which makes it difficult to manage my day to day lifestyle.
