If you love cleaning this job is like being paid to enjoy your hobby! I enjoy it as I can work while my child’s in school while still making enough to afford rent, gas, groceries and some Starbucks treats. 
You work close to your area that you live in so they are conscious of gas prices and allowance for cleaning supplies on top but if you are mindful of “less is more” you won’t have an issue with always running out :) 
The relationships you make with clients and management is so important, building trust and being appreciated and valued for your work ethic is so important you will feel so proud of the work you do for clients. 

Flexibility to pick up extra hours is a perk aswell as fun holiday parties (who doesn’t like to be spoiled?!) 

My confidence in myself has grown so much in my almost 3 years working here I am extremely grateful, to feel loved and cared for in a job setting I have never experienced until I joined team toews. To be able to work school hours and have the early afternoon/evening’s dedicated to my family while knowing I brought someone peace with a fantastic clean makes me so proud of myself everyday. 

Yes it’s hard work, but it’s a fulfilling job that gives you so much freedom and purpose. 




Team Toews Cleaning is such a great place to work. The staff are supportive, kind, and truly make you feel seen and appreciated. The environment is positive, uplifting, and full of encouragement. It’s rare to find a workplace where people care this much about each other. The work can be physically demanding, but it’s rewarding and meaningful. A great aspect of the job is that an 8-hour shift often feels much shorter than it sounds. The work is engaging and satisfying, and the time passes quickly when you’re busy and focused on what you’re doing. If you love cleaning and want to be part of something special, this is the team for you. They genuinely value you, and they’re truly one of a kind.

A company should not hire people with no experience, and then get surprised that they have no experience. They WILL hire you, but don’t bother if you don’t know much about professional cleaning. The training manager will belittle you. I did not know someone could be that miserable. The training is not very hands-on due to the fact that you are learning with 5 other people, and you won’t be given a fair shot to get the hang of their processes. You will be told that you are hired, sign a bunch of forms, but really it is just pending. You will get a carrot dangled in your face, just to have to go back to the job boards, and have a significant amount of money out of your pocket from the commute each day. 

Team Toews was extremely flexible with the hours I had to offer and found me clients right away. They supplied me with the tools and training needed to succeed at my work. Cleaning is already something I love and to be surrounded by like minded coworkers as well as a management team that is committed to encouragement and communication makes me feel appreciated within my work space. 
They plan fun work events to grow team work and create relationships within the business. Not to mention fun work insensitive’s to keep you on your game at all times. 
It’s an amazing business to be a part of!

I have worked for Team Toews for almost 6 months and have been so grateful for this job and the people I get to work with. The boss is one of the most intentional people and evidently wants you to succeed and have purpose in your day to day work. This desire is evident in every part of the company, which makes it such a encouraging, purposeful and supportive place to work. 

This job and company does require hard work and integrity, as that is what Team Toews is all about, but this what makes it such a positive and rewarding work environment. They don't ask anything of you that they aren't willing to do and back up themselves. 

Great company to work for! Management is fantastic, kind and understanding. Work and life balance is more than I could have asked for, if you love cleaning this will feel like a hobby that you’re paid to do! Whether it’s office cleans or homes it’s always a rewarding job, plus the perks and fun atmosphere. I recommend this job to anyone as I’ve always had a great experience and love the positive environment! If I could give this more than 5 stars I would without hesitation. 

Have been with the Team for about 5 years; owner is easy to talk to and wants everyone to feel equipped; she does her best to accommodate scheduling needs of the cleaners, and is very understanding; love the flexibility and sense of “team”! Owner is always trying to improve logistics and creatively acknowledges and rewards her team members.

The interview process was enjoyable. The working interviews were informative and well directed. The trainer ( lisa ) was absolutely incredible. Feedback felt positive and not personal.
Orientation felt warm & welcoming.

Hardest part of the job would be the physical aspect. You are moving lots. 

The most enjoyable part of the job would be the before & after. So fulfilling and the happy clients and feedback.

Laura and the team are incredibly supportive and really want to see you succeed in all areas, not just in  your job but in life. She genuinely cares about your overall wellbeing and will go to bat for you time and time again! All of the cleaners are very encouraging and the culture is very positive! This is a great place to work and I HIGHLY recommend them! 

Team Toews is such a great and balanced workplace, they have an amazing admin/management team who are always there to help you succeed in your day-to-day and they’re so genuine every step of the way. They have a productive training regime that teaches so much and makes you feel competent and prepared to work. It’s a physical job but it really is rewarding, and it has great work/life balance.
