Company's owner is an insecure bully with integrity issues. He doesn't trust most people, so he has hired a lot of his friends and family.
 He will say something, even send an email, then insist later on a different version of events, even if you show him his own email, in his own words,which will anger him A LOT.
He will make up events, and try to present his delusion as fact, even if HE WASN'T PHYSICALLY THERE. If he's in a bad mood for some reason, or has a false idea of how things are running, based on one of his trusted minion's lies, he has fired individuals or whole departments.
They put cameras everywhere, so he can monitor the factory from Ontario. He took away all lead hand positions, but still expects the same people to supervise. If you work there, you will constantly expect to be fired, and probably won't last long.

If you are not afraid of hard work, if you like to challenge yourself and better your skills, if you want to gain experience while working for a company that is growing and expanding into new markets, this is the place for you.  I have been here for a couple of years and I have learned something new every day.  During this Covid 19 crisis, the owner and the executive management have demonstrated over and over again how much they care about all of the staff and how we are all one big family!

Tecvalco Ltd. is a wonderful place to work with great growth opportunities and benefits. 

The owner is fantastic and would do anything for his staff and their safety. It is hard to find an employer that embodies as much passion as he does. I am thankful for Tecvalco and all it has provided for myself and family. 

Overall, if you are looking for a great team, great boss, and interesting projects in a growing industry, I highly recommend dropping a resume off at Tecvalco.

•Hardest part of the job was to go in everyday and see that Supervisor & just couldn't believe the kind of person he is.

What a company! They say they pride themselves on being a "family", but that's false. Unless you change your entire personality to fit in, if you don't, then they let you go with the excuse "your just not the right fit for the company". And don't bother showing up early, theyvwont pay you for that. Sure they have a punch clock, but your basically on salary. I say stay away. They make alot of promises and never deliver.

Are you related to the owner or his second in command? If so, look no further! You'll be fast-tracked right into a cushy management/director/chief position within months if not weeks.
Sure, you'll have to ignore the fact every employee is miserable, stressed, and overworked. Don't worry, as family you will never worry about job security.

THe place is great, the management team and supervisors actually care about you as a person. The HR girl bring cookies an treats every month for birthdays, even goit us a gym discount. Training was grea, hours are great! CAn work overtime too. Everyone here has been so great and welcoming. 

Pay was good. Mostly good people just difficult to have an opinion on how to run operations. Agree, say yes and don’t think and you will be fine! I learned a lot from this place it was a good lesson for me on how I like treat people and be treated by others.

It was a pretty care free place but upper management was horribly unorganized and made everything difficult. I got paid pretty well for the work over all dont recommend because of the way it was run at the top 

Lots of room to learn and grow. People are friendly. Hours and pay are good.  Management is approachable. Experience wasn't needed, training was provided although it could have been a bit better at the start.
