I have been a part of Teradata for 6 years and I have learned lot of new things being a part of this company.

Gave us the ownership to drive the projects and deliver them showing the trust and confidence in individuals.

The company teaches you to push your limits everyday but doing better and trying to reach perfection.

Stuck in the past and not really positioning the company to do well in the future. It has potential but the organization is in a mode of constantly changing and does not give anyone time to see results. If changes happen with management, there maybe hope to turn the company around.
