Tetra Tech EBA is a warm and friendly place to work.  They welcomed me with open arms and quickly taught me the requirements of my new role.  Team work is paramount, and so is client relationships.  

Preparing and formatting client reports is a major part of what I do on a daily basis.  Quality and quantity of work is of the utmost importance.

Team work is top notch.  All project administrators are there for one another, across the province.

The hardest part of the job would be to ensure that I do not take on too much at one time.  There certainly is a large workload that has to be taken on daily, and time management is critical.

The most enjoyable part of the job is every aspect of it.  The people, the work, the expectations that lead to success.  All of the above.

My typical day at work was a fast paced work environment, with constantly changing priorities and interruption to the workflow. Multitasking and high attention to details was key to the position.
I gained lots of experience in project management and change management.
The company is rapidly growing and underwent a lot of changes in the environmental sector. The management supports the staff to accommodate personal growth and development. The hardest and the best part of the job are the same: the people. I met with a lot of great individuals and we worked hard to achieve the best outcome to all our projects.

The people are great and very helpful. It is a good company to start off with but if your looking for a better salary, then this is not the place for you.

The nice thing is that I can pretty much make my own hours as long as you are within the 8hrs/day and 40hrs/week. For example, if I wish to start my shift at 6 I get to leave at 3.

Generally, I was given the opportunity to define my career and how successful I was at it. Flexible hours, respect for the person, strong values and still a small firm feel despite being part of a15,000 person international business.

A very good entry level job. The engineers are very helpful to new members of the company and understanding if you do not understand everything right off the bat.

Work environment was negative and it was all office politics and senior engineers were hostile toward each others. No value for professional development and training.

I worked for Tetra tech  highway constriction in alberta. worked at asphalt plant and my job was to keep tracking of how much load of gravel an asphalt come in and out.

Fun place to work and supportive management, most enjoyable part of the job was working alongside coworkers and learning from them.

Very good experience, tons of traveling, wide range of projects, I'm from Alberta, just to far from friends and family for me. The hardest part of the job was the security

As a technician you must have the ability to be on call when needed and have patience for contractors and supplies within the job you are attending at the time.
