I’ve been working for the company for 7 months now. I love the job and consider it one of the most fulfilling I’ve here had. The clients are wonderful and really appreciate you and the management are supportive and always available for help or advice. There can be a lot of travel but mileage and travel time are both paid. Yes. You get asked to do extra sometimes but that is understandable if colleagues are sick or on leave and you either get paid for the extra work or you’re given the time back. The training you receive is extensive and new staff can shadow colleagues until they are ready to lone work. Professional development is encouraged and supported. All staff have regular supervisions and spot checks to ensure standards are kept high. All in all, a great place to work. 

Not great problems from moment started. Send you to work in a different area then applied for without telling you. Send you out for 2 calls a day maybe an extra late at night. Tell you you owe them hours they haven't given you work for because they have no clients to put you with. When you have a few calls they then bring in new staff and give them your calls so you then have nothing again. Tell you to drive a car that isn't safe or that your family should go get a tax or bus when sorting your own vehicle and paying out more than you earn with them. No care for their staff or clients worse care company I've come across


Started with this company a couple of month back, clients are lovely and welcoming, mileage and travel time paid between call to call, rewarding job however it is an all rounder job for example personal care, cooking, cleaning, shopping,etc. Guaranteed hours dependant to contract. Overtime regularly available. 

No proper support given to the people who work for them, the management is shocking if you are having serious mental health struggles and try and which way to dismiss you. I hope whoever works their in the future doesn't go through what I had to go through.
