Thought I had landed a dream job only to find that the company is extremely disorganized and average pay is very low. Unfortunately the disorganization begins at the very top making it nearly impossible to fix. No forethought or planning over here. Expect firm deadlines to be handed out late and sloppily. Horrible managers have nobody overseeing their activity. A huge mess!

Negative culture. Back stabbing managers and staff.  Undereducated HR department. No work/life balance.   No advancement.  Expected to stay late and work days off constantly. Sales guys think they are saving lives and it is rather humorous.

Amazing team of people, from sales to service and parts, it a great place with great people. Good benefits and perks. Love the brand, lots of room for career advancement. 

Starting new, my manager has worked with me, and is training me at a good pace. I have been able to grow and am feeling more comfortable in my day to day. We can get very busy, but the whole parts team supports me

No stress, but not enough work to flag hours but any how you get pay for your 40 hours guaranteed  , HR and Gm all the time there each step 
I would I say  never work in peace any where else 

Good place to work, it is apart of a larger group so there are opportunities for advancement. Pay is on scale for what you would expect in Greater Victoria.

Fun, fast paced place to work. Lots of great staff to keep the atmosphere light and fun. Communication and direction is something to be desired sometimes, but otherwise a great place to work.

Great culture, very supportive environment ,everyone is ready to help if you need it. Very thorough orientation, really good communication between all departments. 

The owner is awesome :-) Working with this company was an absolute pleasure! Fair pay, great team! The management team really gets the customer first attitude.

A decent place to work, good brand training, nice cars and supporting team members. Track day, Saturday beer, BBQ day, motor gathering event lots of fun. Managers are helpful.
