Tiger Drylac was a great place to work. I learned a lot during my time with the company and gained valuable experience. The teamwork and communication between employees and management were very good, and everyone treated each other with respect. It was a positive work environment with supportive colleagues, and I truly appreciated the opportunity to be part of the team.

Good company, needs more quality employees. Better crisis aversion training needed. And better team morale needed. Too many complacent people in high places preventing growth

It is a excellent company to work. People are willing to help you and teach as much as they can. Leadership is easy going and they are open to figure out solutions 

It is a great company to work for, but the training can be overwhelming and they will expect you to know everything quickly. The manager is a nice lady, but she can be unsecured and will fire you as soon her position is threatened. 

Ok place to work. Bit chaotic and a definite go with the flow culture. Good employees go through the politics of being subjugated and poor employees seems to prosper

Good starting point as a stepping stone but better salaries at other companies for the functions performed and this conceded among other departments across the company 

Not a very professional environment. Coworkers are nice and helpful though. Not many opportunities for advancement. Nice benefits and pay but not worth the stress.

In the five years I’ve been here I’ve been treated fairly. Sr management is on top of things. Good location and good benefits. Just a few small things too watch for.
