The working infrastructure is antiquated as they don't have a very good management system for anything and I don't see them investing allot of money into it.  The culture is one of the worst(it doesn't have one). The pay is sub-standard, there is no auto deposit-you have to wait late on a Friday to get a live cheque.  Benefits are super expensive - you're better off getting your own.  If you try to empower your employees to better themselves, but don't subscribe to the owners philosophy of bullying, then your management style will not work.  He will only reward those who brown nose and kiss up.  It is not a environmentally safe place to work as no precautions have been taken to safe guard employees. The owner was one of the most  narcissistic, insecure people I have ever know.  That being said "there were a few people who tried to do a good job, but have been forced to leave."  The hardest part of the job was trying to deal with deadlines, but there was no cash flow to get it done.  Some people even used their own CC's.  The best part about the job was leaving.

 If you start early, you will have to wait till someone lets you in as you won't have access to the door. You have to sit in your car and waste gas instead of doing your job. Your job description means absolutely nothing unless you're upper management. The company has a culture of deception in regards to its customers as well as employees. There is an employee being fired and hired almost every month. They have no inventory management system, which causes chaos every time an order comes in/ has to be quoted. There is a blame culture in the company and things seem never to get fixed.

My recommendation is to only work at TMS if you are being compensated extremely well, and if you can put up with a whole lot of nonsense.

Disorganised.  Turn over rate is very high.  Owner is a nice person to talk to but not normal.  Operations manager is a yes man that the big boss protects.  Good work is rewarded with a stab in the back.  As soon as people figure out what is going on they are dealt with.  A few people protected by the owner, everyone else is a revolving door.

If you had to choose between eating rats for food or working here, eat the rats!!  Gossiping, back stabbing, abusive management, no overtime (they just give you time off) and you better document it or they will challenge you that you didn't work it, no direction. Management has no idea what they are doing, favoritism, poor work environment, hardly any staff that knows what they are doing, lying, manipulation. Avoid this place at all costs!! 

A fast-paced working environment with some very intelligent coworkers.  Management is disconnected with the reality of everyday work and it is common for them to "deal" with issues by spending a prolonged amount of time yelling profanities at workers any time something goes wrong.

Health&Safety issues tend to be swept under the rug.

Was a good experience for the most part, but there is a lot of older men who are very immature and try to get you in-trouble for no reason, and don’t focus on their own work rather they focus on what you’re doing even when they are not your manager

No one seems to know or care what the company is doing. They constantly overpromise and under-deliver, leading to upset customers. Im sure management means well but they have no clue what they are doing. Its a mess.

Great place to work and grow professionally. good support staff and managers, helpful and skilled workers, overall a great place to develop and utilize the skill in construction and process piping

They don't pay their suppliers on time or at all, quick to lie to suppliers and staff, no culture or class. 
Rediculious expectations of employee's with little too no direction.
Filthy work environment.
Just stay away.


No culture, no vision, no support complete lack of professional conduct and critical thinking. If you are not on the owner's personal good list your days are numbered.
