A typical day at work ranges from 5-8 hours. Breaks are standard (ie 15 min. morning,1/2 hour Lunch,15 min. Afternoon, in 8 hour shift) in such case 1/2 Lunch would be deducted. Always paid by check @ end of day(shift) back @ office. The work is Dispatched quite quickly, starting @ 5:30A.M. Monday - Friday. Always stick it out 'til around 9:00A.M. to ensure a better chance of getting - out to work. No Guarentees for work, so be PERSISTENT! Saturdays office opens @ 6:00A.M.- 9:00A.M. For the most-part co-workers are easy too get along with. The Hardest part of the Jobs given-out, is waiting to be called. Patience & Persistence is key. The most enjoyable part of the jobs for me was & is meeting people, networking, & finding job leads occasionally.

good environment and great management. we report to work at six a.m. every morning and some are selected to go out and work when work is available every day. same day pay when you are selected. Every job opportunity is exciting and adventurous. meeting new people every day is interesting and great experience.

It is a temp so if you are looking for some fast money you have a good chance of being sent out on a job and paid the end of each day. It is mostly construction clean up or warehousd type work.

The people are very outgoing and great to work with, making every job you're sent to much more enjoyable. Its always pleasant to work at different sites.

Wake up at the earliest possible hour to go wait in line for a possible job for that day and hopefully that week if you are just that lucky!

TLC was a very interesting place to work, it allowed for different skills and learning opportunities to advance in fulltime positions.

Its your typical temp agency.  Never given an opportunity to find full-time employment though.   However, it provides a necessary service to both people looking for a job and businesses looking for employees.

love working there love the camp scene its always good to be working in camp i cant wait till i get to go back to the job that i love so much

Great Management, Pay varies and isn't very good but it does help when you are unemployed. Jobs vary everyday and are not guaranteed.
