Working with the company has been great! They are very accommodating and ensure that there is always adequate work for everyone. the management team and owners are very hands on and like to check in with employees for any tips or tricks to make the company more convenient and fun to work with. 
They seem to take pride in what they do and try to create relationships with each employee so we are comfortable talking to them, creating a healthy and comfortable path of communication.
The senior LCTs and TCPs are very good at their jobs and are always willing to offer help to the under dogs. I have had such a good learning experience with the company as a whole! I would very strongly recommend this company to new and experienced TCPs and LCTs

The company is growing with new contracts all over the lower mainland, if you can work decently hard , do your job and be reliable, you can advance fairly quickly.
Anybody who is already in the business knows that you can have hard days and easier days but it all balances out in the end. Lots of chances for overtime and weekend work if that’s what you are looking for. 
New owners last year really trying to learn all they can about the industry with help from staff who have been part of the team for many years. Lots of fun people to work with who don’t take life too seriously until it comes time to get the job done and done right. Lots of great crews to work with that appreciate people who keep them safe.

Traffic Pro Services has tons of work, but so do all TC companies. What sets them apart is that they're medium sized, enough that the owners know your name when you come in to the office. Both owners still come into the field to train and assist, and I've learned a lot working with them. I get paid well, lots of OT and advancement opportunities (LCT etc). The work life balance can be hard, but with commitment to the job there is the reward of good pay, safety awards and we get a Christmas gift every year. You can't put a price on a decent management team!

Not a single thing..worse company I have ever worked for

Superiors aren't there to stand up for you or back you up..they don't ask your your side of situations

Judgmental

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Fight for keeping the peace you can't make anyone happy  there

Inappropriate methods of their view of professionalism. Swearing and yelling on job site from the owners for no valid reasons. Aside from the polite staff who answer the phone, There is no professional behavior from the owners or other staff members. If a team member was being disciplined, it was done infront all the staff available. Fired from here? Be careful, they will twist it around and say you quit and add on your ROE the same.

Absolutely love this company! They treat you like family. I would recommend to anyone that wants an employer who actually cares about you to work for traffic pro. They pay great, are union and have benefits after a certain amount of time. Lots of overtime made with this company as well.

Great co-workers, training in-house.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Lack of consistent hours. Poor communication 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
4 to 14+ hours standing on the road dealing with drivers.

TPS has a good company culture, with open office staff and management. They are constantly expanding and building their team, have a few long term contracts all over the lower mainland. Fun team to work with.

fun company to work for, as you assignments would be the same day in or day out. Or you have new site to go to go the next day. the team were awesome, management were great.

Brady came cross highly biased on the basis of your background. Get ready to insulted every single time you get a shift if they have any work for you on the first hand.
