I would strongly advise against working here. Management displays a troubling sense of entitlement, frequently expecting employees to handle multiple full-time roles across different businesses without any increase in compensation. Beyond the unreasonable workload and the expectation to work during personal time, the payroll practices were highly questionable. My salary was split and paid through two different companies, which felt incredibly unprofessional and shady. The management prioritizes their own interests and only cares about themselves, shows no regard for work-life balance, and treats employees as assets to be exploited rather than people. I cannot recommend working for this organization or any of the businesses owned by them. 

I worked at Trans Canada for years. It was the best job I have ever had, management, staff, wage, and work load all incredible. You feel like family here. Some staff have been here 40+ years and most staff average at about 10-15 years.

I was really sad to leave this place. My new job in Alberta is no where near how perfect this job environment and the people were to me. 

Management thinks they own you and can make you do whatever. You’re expected to do whatever they tell you without being allowed to ask about pay. They literally don’t care about anyone but themselves. Don’t bother telling them about your family or problems because they don’t care. Also the lowest pay of any dealership in town

This company is one of the reasons car dealerships get a bad name, it's not a brand bash but more of the dealership it's self. My own personal experience was met with needless drama and personal attacks on family members who were customers at the time and are no longer.

Detailing cars of all makes and models, making sure cars that are new, used, or customer owned are presentable and cleaned thoroughly. Learned a variety of skills not only in the automotive field but to be able to work effectively and efficiently under stress.

Very friendly and great staff to work with.  Management, for the most part, is professional.  Company is well organized in the accounting department.  Business owners are very passionate about there dealership.  Some employees have been there 10 plus years.

Great place to work, would highly recommend! I have worked for more than one dealership in the past and this one by far is the best. Staff is treated like family. 

for the first 15 years this place was great fun to work at and successful and then the son took over, due to a lack of competence and an entitled attitude took a good place to work and changed it for the worse

I guess pretty who knows nice cars friendly people  pretty tough job
computers to use fridge people would help u with food if needed to just a lot of nice people

Good work/life balance. Management is approachable and willing to work with you. Staff is like family, 3 employees have been with the company for over 40 years! Owner is great!
