Some of the other employees were great to work with however management made working within the company fairly uncomfortable. Any small mistakes could potentially lead to termination without verbal or written notice. My first incident that should have earned me a write up or verbal warning ended in the company looking for my replacement before making me aware of my mistakes. My employment only continued as the company was unable to find a replacement that fit within the company. Roughly six months later  I was given my first formal write up and then promptly terminated the day after. 

I would highly recommend against working for this company within any location.

What is the best part of working at the company?
Most co-workers are wonderful and the customers are awesome . 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
"manager" has zero skills of the human nature. Have literally watched him make jokes about firing someone 10 mins after they left. He is all ego no heart. If you are in the bad books for something small or made up it's like highschool. No support, no positive encouragement.

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Can be super fun and supportive (co-workers). Very cliquey and secretive though

Workers have to be OK with being let go for zero reason or notice. This company has the employment strategy of letting anyone that offers suggestions of any form, The company has its set procedures and practices any suggestions at all result in termination. I worked there for almost two years, was told on multiple occasions that I was an asset until let go without cause or reason.

SOME of the employees are great, however management only wants you to succeed if you’re a male. The workplace politics are awful, and the drama there is so bad. You can’t possibly just put your head down and work, because somebody will start something. If you’re a male, and you make up lies to tell management about everyone else you’ll be in the good books though.  
Overall, the few employees that are good don’t make up for how toxic the environment is. 

The company promises that you will get a certificate for operating a forklift but it never happens, also promised getting an airbrake endorsement but that too, doesn't happen. Job security isn't really there, will dismiss you for no reason. Nor is safety, don't really use proper equipment example; indoor forklifts for outdoor weather or supply safety clothing example; high visibility clothing, jackets, vests or pants.

It’s a good place to work at and friendly staff . The work load is busy .

To much duties to be done in a day

The work environment is great and the Culture is good

Too much work load for one person . Too many cameras watching you while you work

The people, the products, the culture. Traveland is customer centric and wants their employees to succeed. They are constantly trying to improve and grow.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Problem solving. Customers are spending a lot of money so they have a certain level of expectations from a high quality dealership.

Most of the people were nice. Management was not.

Poor planning created stressful situations.

The work environment was very tense. Management stuck together and would not pay attention to employee concerns.

Most days are a mix of tasks, never the same day today.
Managers were scared and looking over their shoulder and yours.
I advanced my computer skills.
Workplace was toxic, with increasing staff turnover. Here today gone tomorrow. 
Job was physical but I was used to physical work.


This company has a lot of Communications issues, major Drama, and bullies. Most people are stressed out 24/7 about work even on days off. They highly under appreciate staff especially anyone new. The working conditions and safety hazards of anyone working in service or detail are terrible and they already know that. 
Good benefits though
Met a few decent people
