When I started my clinical, I could not differentiate between the statuses of different professionals for a while since I continually saw a positive communicative atmosphere among them. They were helpful and welcoming in sharing their practices with us, encouraged and made us comfortable with participating in Health care deliveries. The same attitude was preserved relating to patients. The staff was constantly consulting and helping each other. It was everybody’s moral input and attempt to support collaboration that created this environment. As we were supposed to rotate weekly for different patients, we became familiar with the health care concerns and treatment arrangements of every patient. I saw significant numbers of patients with complex care problems recovered and transferred in dependence with their needs to home care or communities’ services regiments in the end of my clinical. I saw the satisfactions of patients and their families. They were properly referred outpatients medical and social services. These services included medical specialists, family doctors, educators, social workers, community services, psychologists, consultants

Like majority of the staffing firms out there, recruiting can be a stressful job, but you can learn a lot from it-especially if you have the support (which is what this company lacked). Example; Heavy work load, spread amongst 3 people in a fast paced environment, meeting clients demands again and again. 

If you're new to recruiting, I would stay away from this company. You'll see why as you keep reading...

If you have experience, I would say try it if your gut is telling you to because you might like it. 

The system they use has a ridicilous amount of back end administrative work, and it was very manual I would say. The system and processes seemed so outdated. 

It's a small family company. The CEO gets involved a lot. He's very knowledgeable in the industry, so you can learn a thing a or two from him, but has a very short fuse on him. 

Pay is not the greatest but you can make commission if you get the opportunity to fill some ridiculous hard roles. 

Ensure you ask a lot of questions of growth and opportunity here if you end up landing an interview. 

A typical 9-5  work day is satisfying in that there are no distractions, there is trust and positive feedback management from management. There is mutual respect among staff. Students are from various cultural backgrounds and as a result, I learn about their different styles of learning, reluctance to speak up based on their culture and about their past nursing experiences and how they can incorporate such into the Canadian system. The hardest part of the job is, there are not enough hours in the day to share all my knowledge and skills. Students always seem to want more than what is offered in the two day course. As a result, they usually take shorter breaks and some will work informally with me during their lunch time.
Most enjoyable is students' success. I feel fulfilled when then follow up to let me know how they are using the new knowledge and skill at their work places.

I would get to the workplace at 7:30 a.m. to join the co-workers to have breakfast. Around 7:50 a.m. , we would all organize our carts for the day. I would get the clients' resident at 8 a.m. promptly and complete 2 condos in the morning and two condos in the afternoon.
I gained more organization skills, more attention to (little) details, communicational skills, professional clientele service skills and professional team work skills. The hardest part of the job was not very hard but was to multi-task and finish exactly on time; which was possible. The most enjoyable part of the job was going to work every morning. I enjoyed starting my day with a full breakfast with all the co-workers to maintain our energy until our lunch break.

Trillium Health Centre has very good work environment. I did my one month placement at Trillium. It was wonderful experience. The staff of Trillium inpatient pharmacy is very nice and cooperative. 
The inpatient pharmacy of Trillium hospital is well managed and neat and clean. 
I learned so much new stuff there. I worked in both sterile and non sterile  compounding areas. I dispensed interim doses, filled ward stock items, filled carts, delivered medications to different wards in hospital and the most exciting part of the placement was to learn how to perform medication reconciliation.
The staff was very cooperative and helped me to clear my doubts during my placement.

Going in early and starting line work right away. I have learned how to make cough syrup and other medication. We always had different managers due to shift work always rotating but all the ones i have worked with have been great to there staff.  I enjoyed working with the co-workers they helped out a lot if i needed the help on something.  the hardest part of my job was standing for 8-12 hours straight on cement floors. The most enjoyable part of my job was getting to see how everything works and was made.

Socialized a bit more. Laughed a bit more.

We called the Manager " the Merth Maker". We hugged when saying goodbye for the day. She is still a very good friend to this day.

Hardest part of the job was leaving. 

It was a lot of travel time, I had to find a closer job,

lying company. They say you will have benefits after 3 months, after you start working they say it's 90 days worked and I was in the company for 7 months without any absence and they didn't hire me. I was fired at 9:00PM and my shift ended at 10:30PM and they wouldn't tell me why, in addition to countless other negative things. If you read this, don't go to this company.

It was pretty good . Called into work an got there in time and the bosses were excellent and good work ethic. The employers had a good work ethic...and that is the way it should be. They put me where they knew i was able to work and i was fit to work. I would work for this company again.

Always been good to work for. Very understanding when you need to take a day off or leave early. I  stand all day but am a le too move around a little bit. My job consists of lifting boxes not to heavy a d labeling them and stacking them into a bin.
