What is the best part of working at the company?
They pay decent but the employees are just positions to be filled by any body. As long as the office staff are happy. But the office has a high turn around. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Never knowing when you’ll be out of work

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Same as any other company out there. 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Wow this is a stupid question must be another person tying to be the best

The pay was extremely good especially considering the fact that things are slow right now.  The coworkers on my crew were easy going and it made the work day very pleasant.  I would work for Tron again in the blink of an eye.  At the end of the Job they gave us all free tool boxes which was a very nice and unexpected gesture.

Safety manager did not train me very well and was left to learn the safety program requirements pretty much on my own any incidents were blamed on the safety officers and felt like I was constantly under the microscope. I enjoyed the workers but the safety manager was incompetent and I think she wanted me gone because I could see right through her,

A typical day at work would be a daily tool box and safety meeting where everyone gets to interact and be aware of every ones scope for the day, and finish off with stretches. 
We than hold a 3 day look ahead meeting with management to plan our work and doing constraint management for the craft.

learned how to ship/receive items from a warehouse setting.
learned how to operate forklift, skidsteer, and zoom-boom.

hardest part of the job was not being carefully detailed by supervisor.

I worked nights for Tron and felt that management would not take responsibility for compliance issues with workers poor leadership in management.

Lots of electricians with different backgrounds so you learn a lot. Always got paid on time, and LOA was fair. Would recommend this company to anyone who likes to work hard

Start with the Daily Safety toolbox meeting. Talking about the Safety concern, Safe work procedure and proper execution of work. Perform Field Level Hazard Assessment.

Getting a feel for working with and around other trades every day is great. I really enjoy helping out others when I can doing something other than electrical if they need.
