I worked at trophy foods for just under 3 years, 2 1/2 years were absolutely perfect, the last 8 month i worked there under the new General manager the entire work enviroment became unorganized.

When things are organized properly and the work orders are processed to the correct people it was not to bad of a work environment, But since the new General manager took over everything had gone down hill, There is no respect and tons of in fighting, unorganized and horrible communication, supervisors are biased to results so you could be breaking the health and safety code and be reported but if your production numbers are high they pretend it never happened, the atmosphere there is pretty friendly but when i was there i definitely noticed some racisn going on, maybe not verbally or directly but if you were to be trained on a machine as an outsider (not the same nationality as them) you would receive subpar training, if you were the same nationality as them they go above and beyond to explain things to you to ensure their nationality gets the job.

During a typical day I would work inside the lab testing food as well as do paper work. I learned a lot about keeping organized, as that was very important in the lab. I also learned about how to analyse and test food products in order to ensure they are the best quality for the customer. The management and my co-workers were friendly and were there to assist me whenever I needed help, especially when I was first starting out. 
The hardest part of the job I think was learning how to use all the equipment and learning all the various ways the food needed to be test because of my limited knowledge in the field.
The most enjoyable part of the job was working with the other employees there. Everyone was so nice and willing to help out each other, it was really a very family like atmosphere. You could tell that these people really cared about their jobs and had worked together for some time.

trophy foods inc. is one of the best company I work with my team like my family. I got hired as a forklift order picker driver I work from warehouse order picker also shipping / receiving I work as a forklift driver to each and every departmartment such as production roasting room, chocolate room, mixing table and also putaway also bringing supplies to the running production line. I like only warehouse the fun part was order picking. I always remember working Trophy Foods Inc.  I do respect each and everyone. Thank you Trophy Foods Inc. I learned a lot.

I worked at Trophy for a few years and in the beginning it was a good place to work. People were kind, management was agreeable, and other than the usual tiring feeling at the end of the work day, it was not a bad place to work. But since the new management has come in, things have gone from good to bad. Workers are overworked, we are understaffed for the kind of orders that we are given and a lot of good people have either been fired or quit. I hope it is a pacing phase because the people I worked with were good and hard-working individuals, which was a silver lining for that now questionable workplace.

The window to learn all of the jobs and more is really really short I'll even go as far to say nonexistent and the willingness to get help in there from your fellow material handlers is only a hand full of people. 
The company is NOT a bad company to work for it's the people that work there will consent pressure to move faster and safely, two word that don't mix well together and the lack of accountability among your fellow workers and very poor management is why I gave it a poor rating and that based off of the fact that I was there for many year and seen first hand how many time rules and management has changed.

My review in general as Trophy Foods is a good place to work. As on the basis of my personal experience. The management and specifically the H R is a big 👎down. They terminated my Employment without any reasonable cause.That is a biggest injustice they have done to me to stop a bread and butter into my household. I have a dependent spouse my wife,can't work because she is very I'll and sensitive health condition. This is a big time shame on the part of  Trophy Foods as an   
Employer.

The team was a forward thinking, teamwork, improvement and kind work place. 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
High pace and fast change. Sometimes long hours or weekends were required

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
family oriented, work life balance was a given.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
7-4, with varying levels of meetings for developing teams, KPIs or following up on previous day and next month planning

In the field you build relationships with your customers and help them with orders ,secondary displays and any upcoming features/promos.  You build trust and honesty. 
I have learned that it is always great to work with your customers so you can ensure quality service.  You both win!!
The workplace culture is great.  Everyone helps each other to reach the same goals.  
The most rewarding part of the job is reaching your goals as an individual and company.

You get free stuff all the time.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Worst part is Politics. They have politics and mostly women employees. So be prepared to deal with.

There is zero culture in the company 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Stressful. Typical day is like stepping on a land mine.

The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with differing personalities is worth its weight in gold. and Trophy foods has this! Everyone on the team has great communication and its reinforce across all departments. Managers really go above and beyond to solve any complex issue in a timely manner.

Results matter! But Trophy Foods's recognizes and rewards hard work, all employees feel motivated to keep working toward their goals.
