They offer a 5 on 3 off schedule. My wife and I love it! It works out to 4 nights away and 4 home. Really nice to be home so much but still earn a great living. Lots of room for advancement as it is a growing company.
Very diverse and positive culture. The company encourages and supports anything that betters the company and is very supportive in anything for self improvement as well!
Hours are long, but do not seem long, as we are busy so time goes by very quickly! After working away for weeks at a time, this 5 on 3 off schedule is great. Start the shift driving as a crew to site. Do a crew change, finish the day. The next 3 days are busy and fly by. Then cross shift comes back on, we do a crew change and head home. So good!
Always learning new things, which keeps things fresh. The company not only supports learning the other jobs, but they encourage it. Makes us stronger as a company,  more versatile. 
Being out on farms meeting great everyday people is another perk! 
Anyway, it is definitely a career I recommend considering! 

Good honest work for good honest pay. Coming through each position there has been a great deal that I have learned both from coworkers on the teams and from managers in the company. Growth and Learning are big focuses here and I have seen both through the company and the people who work here. Not everyone will be happy all the time but they take time to listen and see if there's a way to come to solutions. We work 14hr days on a 5 on 3 off schedule. Cross shift with one other crew. Don't work nights ever. Have a designated schedule, designated shift. It's pretty easy! Yes there is hard work but you work with a crew and they have great people that makes the work easy. I would recommend this company as a 10/10 

They sell themselves very well and make you believe it will be a great, lucrative place to work. Other employees advised they find ways to avoid paying OT (which I cannot confirm). Pay is rather low for a trucker, and not much more for a service hand, meanwhile a service hand has substantially more responsibilities to keep the crew moving. Too much management. (Lets be honest, they are only costing the company money since they aren’t actively involved in the actual processing and delivery of steel)
Field supervisors sit around in pickup trucks on sites watching your every move. 

Most of the people are friendly and easy to work with, & it can be a fun job with opportunities to learn equipment operating

It requires hard work, problem solving and teamwork. The people here all work really well together. 5 on 3 off schedule is a good balance and a blend of hourly and performance based bonuses keep guys both honest and striving for excellence. All in all I still can't believe they pay us to do this

All this company cares about is how fast they can make money. Their workers safety does NOT matter to them. They know that half the drivers work over houred and they do not care, they actually encourage it if it means getting another load to the mill. They also threatened to prosecute their workers for supposedly stealing hours with no proof, all because a truck stops moving 20 minutes before its quitting time.
The only words you will hear is production
10/10 do not recommend 

Their schedule is based on trucking regulations (14hr days), but consistently break hours of service regulations.  16-18 hr days to meet demand. Still expected to be back at work by 7am with only 4 hours sleep.  Majority of employees are actually pretty good to work with.  Management and supervisors are terrible!  Most shouldn't be in those positions.  Very low wages for what they expect from an employee.   Would not recommend even if desperate for work.

I really enjoyed my work experience at TruGreen. Great management team and field personnel all got along fine. Definitely part of a team and feel like you matter and make a difference. Another thing I liked was they embrace technology. A lot of your job is done thru apps on your phone ie. no paper logs. The only reason I left was to be home every night. 

I worked here with positive attitude, always kept company first. One small mistake that was happened when I was under personal stress they fired me. They didnt even listen to my explanation nor gave me any chance. They want worker who dont speak up. Very micromanaging environment and lying people. 
Save yourself headache here and find something better. 

At TruGreen, I truly feel appreciated and valued. When you put in an effort here, it doesn’t  go unnoticed, I am constantly getting compliments along with a great living wage.  Never have I experienced such a great working environment, there is so much positivity at this place, it's contagious. I look forward to going to work every single day.
